The setting keeps you near Destin’s sugar-white sand, turquoise water, restaurants, shops, and family attractions, while the community gives you laid-back amenities to enjoy between outings.

Inside, the condo feels fresh, simple, and beach-ready. The open living area brings everyone together with comfortable seating, a large TV, and sliding doors that open to the covered patio. Just beyond the lounge, the kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals at home, with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and enough space to prep coffee, snacks, or a quick dinner after a day in the sun.

The sleeping layout works well for families or small groups. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds that are especially convenient for kids or friends traveling together. A sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexible sleeping space, allowing the condo to host up to eight guests. Head to the beach for a day by the Gulf, explore Henderson Beach State Park, shop and dine at Destin Commons, or make your way to HarborWalk Village for waterfront restaurants, boat tours, fishing charters, and sunset views. Mini golf, water parks, golf courses, and family-friendly attractions are all close by, so beach days, easy errands, and nights out stay simple.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
