Welcome to the Beach Barn! You won't be stuck behind 6 rows of chairs and umbrellas blocking your views, you'll get to be front and center to enjoy your own private beach the way you expect it to be! This spacious two story home features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a state of the art gourmet kitchen, a spacious covered balcony that wraps around the home. It also features a huge resort style swimming pool where you can relax and listen to the waves and feel the warm gulf breezes! This is just 3 homes directly back from the beach so getting there couldn't be easier or safer for the family, a mere 70 second walk!
Guests are in short walking distance to nearly everything! From Big Kahuna water park to the newly expanded Destin Commons mall and popular family attractions. It is a brief walk to several restaurants and take the boat water taxi over to many attractions, deep sea fishing charters, Destin Harborwalk Village and more!
It is a 1 mile drive from Indian Bayou golf course and just 5 miles from the premier golf courses of Sandestin and a variety of world renowned courses in the area. 5 minutes from Destin's Harborwalk Village, the home of the largest charter fishing fleet in Florida and a hub for a variety of water sports and fishing activities. Miles of relaxing white-sand beaches to walk, some great shore fishing, deep-sea fishing right in the harbor, and some of the most authentic waterside experiences this little slice of Northwest Florida paradise has to offer.
