This stunning 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom home is ideally located near shopping, dining, and the pristine white sand beaches of Crystal Beach. Summerland features an open-concept design with two spacious living areas, a large dining area, and a chef’s kitchen. The home is beautifully accented with wood beams, blending a modern yet cozy atmosphere.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a huge island, top-of-the-line appliances, and ample seating, making it perfect for families who love to cook and gather. From the upper balcony, enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf.

Step outside to the private 14x30 pool and 8-person hot tub, which is heated seasonally from October to April. Enjoy outdoor meals with the gas grill on the patio, perfect for cookouts.
Just a short walk to the beach, Summerland offers easy access to coastal bliss. A golf cart is also available for guests to use while staying at the home. Please note, a signed rental agreement and waiver of liability for the golf cart are required in order to use it.

- Minimum Age to Book: 25 years old
- Max Occupancy: 20 guests
- Incidentals Hold: $1,500 - The hold is released on the day of checkout.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM CDT & Check-out: 10:00 AM CDT
- Parking: 6 standard size vehicles (no overflow parking)
- Mail & Package Delivery: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not mail packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
- No Pets Allowed
- Amenity Starter Pack: Includes hotel style soaps for each bathroom, 2 roll of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and kitchen dish towels, etc. This is designed to get you through your first night or two only. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies.
- Kitchen: Equipped with standard appliances, cookware, bakeware, plates, cups, silverware, and a traditional drip coffee maker.
- Grill: A natural gas grill available in the pool area.
- Golf Cart: 6 passenger golf cart is included with your stay! (Must sign waiver to gain access)

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home, private pool, spa and grill. Guests will receive access instructions via email 6 days before arrival.

Summerland is ideally located near Crystal Beach, offering easy access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Within a third of a mile from Destin Commons, an award-winning upscale outdoor mall featuring designer stores, specialty boutiques, restaurants, a movie theater, and outdoor entertainment. Enjoy nearby venues like Bass Pro Shop, AMC Theaters, Bath and Body Works, Belk, Chico's, Brighton, and Whole Foods.

Good Neighbor Policy

Guests are expected to maintain the home in its original condition. Any damages will be the responsibility of the guest. This is a family-oriented neighborhood; excessive noise, disturbances, large parties, and unauthorized events are prohibited and may result in eviction and forfeiture of deposits.

Restrictions

- No Pets Allowed.
- No Smoking: In the home, on balconies, around the pool area, in walkways, or common areas.
- No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms
- No Tents or Canopies: These are not allowed on the beach per the City of Destin regulations
- Parking: No street or right-of-way parking, prohibited by the City of Destin; fines are the guest's responsibility.
- No Boats, RVs, Trailers, or Large Vehicles: Prohibited by the City of Destin.
- Rental Agreement: Must be signed prior to arrival or booking may be canceled without refund.
- Mail & Package Delivery: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not mail packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
