We provide starter supplies to begin your stay (not intended to last the entire visit), including:

・Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap
・Laundry & dishwasher pods
・Basic cleaning supplies

Kitchen basics such as salt, pepper, foil, and spices may be available. Guests are asked to replace what they use and housekeeping does not inventory these items.

Important Details & House Rules: To ensure a high-quality stay for all our guests, please note:

Booking Requirements: Within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a link to our secure site to sign our Rental Agreement, provide a government-issued ID, list the names/ages of your party, and place a $300 refundable security deposit hold. A personalized digital guidebook is sent after this is completed.

Check-in/out: Self-check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. We are unable to accommodate early arrivals or late departures. Arrival info is provided 2 days in advance.

Peace of Mind: We include $500 of accidental damage coverage (must be reported during stay) for your protection.

Prohibited: No smoking/vaping, no pets, no unregistered guests, and no parties/events. We maintain a strict "No Glitter/No Dye" policy to keep our villa pristine.

Security: Exterior security cameras present and interior noise-level monitors are present.

Pool: HOA may, at its discretion, turn-off or restrict pool heating due to extreme weather or occupancy.

Fantastic location just across the street from beach access. Easy parking in a quaint community of villas. Beautifully decorated and equipped unit with modern conveniences. Sparkling clean! Meal preparation was a breeze. Air conditioning was efficient and appreciated. Personal and thoughtful touches in every room. Plentiful quality linens and bedding. Amazing views of the lake and local birds. Hosts respond quickly to messages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return!

It was great location with nice lake view. We had pleasant stay with our kids. It does have walk about 2-3 mins to the beach which is not bad at all because they do provide beach wagon, chairs and beach toys. Property was clean and all check in-check out went smoothly because they provided everything in details. It was going great until on last day the owner showed up on our rented place told us that he got complained from the neighbors downstairs and next to us that too much noise coming out from the house. I understand and I am not denying the fact that yes there’s noise but having kids in the house what do you expect when they’re on vacation?? It’s a vacation time especially for kids. They’re gonna shout play and run. We were not doing partying, drinking. We were there for and with kids. (For their labor day weekend off on school. We all are working parents took day off from work for kids) If that disturbs other ppl’s privacy then I would recommend the owner of this property not to allow kids on your property. Don’t tag it as kid friendly. I also want to mention that each kid is different, and each kid have different way of showing their happiness and mine show it with shout, run and laugh. And I am not stopping them from doing what they love. That’s the only reason I was looking for house on rent and not the hotel where I have to discipline my kids. But thank you for great hosting otherwise!

Paradise!

We stayed in the perfect little place in Destin! The house was so clean and beautiful! The balcony was awesome and we loved feeding the turtles! Just a walk across the road and we were in the beautiful, white sand at the beach! The pool was clean and amazing to play in after a hot day! Absolutely loved all the little extras, host are very thoughtful for family traveling in - from coffee to beach chairs. This home was perfect for our quick getaway, we booked this home 2 days before arrival and the host made sure we had everything we needed and more. So close to the beach and the back patio with lake view was an added plus. Amazing stay!

Vacation Winner

This booking was easy and throughout the process their was adequate communication. I felt comforted of the accuracy from the beginning. I felt welcomed from the beginning. Easy directions, frequent communications. A guidebook via email was sent early on to review properties and surrounding amenities. Once at the property, exactly as pictured. Easy process to find, and more beautiful than I realized from the pictures. Once inside the rental, it was decorated lovely, There was not one item that was not thoroughly thought out. Snacks and macaroni and cheese left for our enjoyment. The coffee bar was the most thoughtful item in the room! Their was creamer, sugar, substitute, flavorings, multiple coffee pods. Coffee grounds were available as well. Multiple bags of flavored tea. There was an ice chest, beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella holders, and very very clean and ready for our stay. Beds were comfortable with more pillows and extra linen for any needs. It is set up for families with high chair, pack and play, baby silverware, etc... I did not need any of these items, but was impressed by the thought to detail in every room, every situation. I loved the deck with comfortable furniture overlooking a pond. Even a jar of turtle food to toss into the lake which we enjoyed. I enjoyed the comfort and serenity of the deck for my morning bible study. We used the pool and almost in solitude for the most part. I cannot say enough about the attentiveness to any need that we had. Thanks!

Perfect Beach Villa

Advertised as a “10” and lived up to its rating! Very comfortable and quiet. Updated kitchen and baths and spacious bedrooms. If you’re looking for a location that’s close to the beach, this is it. The host is an excellent communicator so never a gap in next steps of the start to finish rental process.

Perfect Beachside Retreat with Impeccable Amenities

My husband and I travel to the Destin, Florida area once a month for work and always seek a clean, well-appointed rental. This property exceeded all expectations! Located directly across from the beach and Crab Trap restaurant, with a tunnel under Scenic Highway 98, it made beach access easy and safe. The location couldn’t have been better! It was just a short drive to Silver Sands Outlet Mall, The Commons shopping center, and all the essential grocery stores and restaurant.The home itself was the cleanest property we’ve ever rented. The host’s communication was excellent, ensuring everything was perfect. As a coffee and tea lover, I was thrilled to find not only a drip coffee maker and pod machine but also an espresso machine, tea kettle, and French press, with a selection of teas, coffees, and syrups for lattes! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook, which was a huge bonus. The abundance of pillows and blankets made it extra cozy. While the king bed in the primary bedroom was a bit too firm for my preference, that’s really my only small critique. The deck, overlooking a lake stocked with fish and TURTLES, was a peaceful spot to relax. The host even provided turtle food, and I had a blast feeding the turtles—it was such a fun, unique touch! The new deck furniture was a huge plus! There was also a desk for working, along with books and games. Having rented many homes in the area, this was by far our favorite! We’ll definitely return!

Beautiful Florida Getaway

Just the place we were looking for to get away from the cold up in the mitten! We enjoyed each moment in this beautiful home! Pleasant views over the pond and so many amenities WOW! Loved feeding the turtles. Was not able to have our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the water as the cushions were wet each morning (furniture covers would be nice). Thank.you Chuck and Vicki for making sure our stay was excellent!

Everything we hoped for

A very nice clean unit in a relatively laid back portion of the area. A couple minutes walk from the beach but without the clutter of too many shops and restaurants. We were able to do plenty of walking on sidewalks in the area and catch lots of sun for an early January break from the cold and clouds of Northern Ohio.

Our host Chuck was great, reaponding very quickly and politely to our inquires.Excellent location, only a few steps from the wonderful beach.The house was geared-up with all we needed.Strong attention to details which goes from the nice silverware set to available turtle food to feed them in the pond at the backyard, great for families with kids.Pretty nice furniture and the house was very nicely cleaned when we arrived.There were zero issues during our stay.We definitely recommend this property !!! kkdffdrprerry handy for renters

AMAZING AS ALWAYS!!!

Better hosts/condos in Destin do not exist. -Beach chairs, coolers, coffee bar, snacks, make-up mirror, fully stocked kitchen, laundry detergent pods--- all at this condo, ready to make your trip easier and more pleasant. -Perfect location (we love the beach tunnel and quick access to the Crab Trap.) Super easy check-in and check-out. The view from the balcony overlooking the lake is breathtaking. They even provide turtle food for you to feed the turtles in the lake. Chuck and Vicki are truly amazing hosts--Very responsive and friendly. They provided many restaurant/bar recommendations that did not disappoint! Their digital guestbook has everything you need to make your trip convenient and more fun. This was our second time at this condo, and we'll absolutely be back. 5 stars is not enough.

This location had more than everything that we needed and the owners were very communicative and accommodating. They truly thought of accommodating people of all ages. We will definitely want to stay here again!

Stay here! You’ll be happy you didn’t go to a hotel or crowded resort

Exactly what we wanted and so much more. Peaceful, quiet, easy beach access, the beach wasn’t packed like the resort beaches we saw, and the lake view is really nice. 100% will stay here again if he visit Destin again! The host was very responsive and was extremely prompt in helping us with a request! 10/10!

Beautiful with lots of little perks

Arrival/ checking in was very easy with the provided info site. The location was great and the area super peaceful. The home was beautifully decorated and had unexpected amenities and extras provided. Wish I knew how to make a cappuccino just so I could have used the machine. We had one little issue with a door handle and it was fixed immediately and around our schedule and comfort. I would definitely stay here again.

View!!!

This place is in a wonderful spot with an amazing view of the lake. That's what we really enjoy. The beach os only at some steps on it and also was great. The villa have everything that you possibly need to cook and enjoy yourself.
