Our 2 bedroom vacation condominiums are perfectly sized for family vacations.

There's more room to spread out and to tuck the kids away in their own

separate bedroom.



**Living Area**



This unit has Sensors on all of the sliding glass windows and doors. If they

are left open for more than 2 min the AC will shut off. The doors and windows

need to be closed for more than 2 min in order for the AC to come back on. If

the AC does not come back on then call the number to the AC company located on

the sliding glass doors. They have applied stickers and this information is on

the stickers.



The unit offers 1,144 sf. ft. of interior space with a 169 sq. ft. of balcony

areas. The condominium sleeps a maximum of 6 people and offers one of the

area's most unique gulf views of the Destin beaches. To allow for optional

sleeping arrangements, the living room features a pull-out Queen sofa bed.

the fabulous beachside location and panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico

combined with all the comforts and amenities vacationers' desire! Keep in

mind, every unit at Pelican Beach is privately owned and uniquely decorated.

the Pelican Beach Management Rental Program. Every unit is inspected prior to

your arrival to assure it is in the best possible condition for your stay.

**Sleeping**



Our condominium features a spacious layout with a comfortable master bedroom

that includes a plush king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with garden tub and

private cable television. The master bedroom offers direct access to it's own

balcony via sliding glass door with beautiful eastward views of the Gulf of

Mexico and shoreline. The guest bedroom has either 1 queen or 2 twin beds.The

living room also includes a pull-out queen-size sofa bed, providing additional

sleeping options for guests. This allows for flexible sleeping arrangements

that can accommodate different party sizes and ages.



**Kitchen**



Our condominium offers guests the convenience and flexibility of having a full

kitchen and dining area. This allows for a variety of daily options such as

take-out, delivery, or cooking your own meals. Guests can also choose to dine

out at one of the nearby seafood and specialty restaurants. The fully

appointed kitchen provides the opportunity to wake up each morning and prepare

a homemade breakfast before heading downstairs for a swim in one of the pools,

a soak in the hot tub, or a workout in one of the resort's two fitness

centers. The condominium's dining area offers the perfect gathering place to

enjoy a family meal featuring one of the local fresh catches cooked in the

well-stocked full kitchen or on the grilling station poolside. All kitchens

are fully equipped with full-sized range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave,
