Dreaming of white sands and sunshine? Don’t wait until last call to book your next Destin vacation! Last Call is a Mediterranean-style vacation home in the prominent, gated neighborhood of Destiny by the Sea. A terracotta-tiled roof, outdoor balconies, and marble floors emphasize the home’s sense of elegance. The three-story house features three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and bright living space. The spacious accommodations can entertain up to ten vacationers.

The first floor is dedicated to a small den and sleeping quarters. The den includes a burgundy, queen-size sleeper sofa that faces a TV mounted above a wood credenza. One of the cottage-styled guest bedrooms has a king-size bed with a full, private bath. The other guest bedroom is a children’s sanctuary, featuring two twin bunks, a sunny window, and TV.

Ascend the stairs to the second level, where the main, open-concept living area is located. Marbled flooring, glass-paned doors, and windows create a welcoming ambiance. The living room features a seafoam-blue wraparound couch with decorative pillows, a hardwood coffee table, rustic wooden cabinet, and a flatscreen TV. Tiled floors flow into the dining area, where you will find a white table with bench seating and four cottage chairs, colorful beach art, and a unique chandelier. An adjacent kitchen has custom white cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, and marble countertops. The kitchen bar includes additional stool seating.

The luxury master bedroom is located on the third floor. This suite certainly is sweet, boasting a king-size bed, hardwood floors, a stylish bench, flamingo wall hanging, and sunny windows. A set of double doors leads to a cozy sitting alcove with two armchairs. From the seating room, you can access a romantic balcony with outdoor lounge chairs. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Finally, the room also connects to an adjoining bunk room with a full bunk and bright décor.

In addition to the comforts provided by the home, guests will enjoy the neighborhood amenities, as well as close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and coastal activities. Destiny by the Sea has a community pool, hot tub, expansive sundeck, and clubhouse. A beach access is only a short stroll from the home. You can also take a walk down to the popular Crab Trap restaurant for a tasty vacation meal. Other nearby venues include the Destin Commons shopping center, Sandestin’s Village of Baytowne Wharf, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets.

First Floor: Bonus Den with Queen Sleeper Sofa, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Bunk Room with Two Twin Bunks and Shared Tub/Shower Combo.

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, Powder Room.

Third Floor: King Master Bedroom with Full Bunk and Walk-In Shower + Soaking Tub and Balcony Access, Laundry.

*Personal umbrellas, tents, and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas must be rented through the onsite beach service.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during holidays and Spring Break.
