A well-equipped kitchen offers modern appointments and all the accessories needed to prepare delightful dishes for the ones you love. Whip up a tray of snacks, make a few cocktails at the wet bar, and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV before retiring each evening. Luxurious bedrooms await ensuring everyone a comfortable stay. Retreat to the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, en suite bath, and private access to the balcony. Guest suites are just as accommodating, each featuring two queen-sized beds, plush bedding, and flat-screen TVs. For additional sleeping, there is a double size sofa bed located in the living room for all to enjoy.

Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

This unit comes with 2 parking passes. One space is marked with the unit number, and there is plenty of unmarked guest parking. Parking passes must be in vehicle at all times. Vehicles without parking passes are subject to tow at owner's expense.

Upon check-out, please leave all wristbands and parking pass inside the unit. A fee of $50 each will be charged for missing or damaged wristbands or parking passes.
