Because of circumstances beyond anyone’s control we could not stay at this property. However, Salt Water Vacations went above and beyond in finding an alternative to this dilemma. They superseded any expectations with their generous re-accommodation. Communication was key. My initial contact was Lia, who found us a home that there would have been no way we could have afforded, given the length of our stay. Most of our day to day contact was with Keri, who I consider a superstar . Any time I had a question or some minor maintainance issue it was handled almost immediately. She was a pleasure to deal with and she is certainly an asset to Salt Water Vacations. On the few occasions that a maintenance person had to come to the home, both of the gentlemen were very professional and friendly. I’m sorry but can’t remember their names. Even though we did not stay at this particular property, I did visit it and it looks like it would be a wonderful place to stay and the fact it’s hosted by Salt Water Vacations, I can also say everything will be handled beautifully. Cannot say enough good things about everyone I had any contact with. AND, if the universe allows a return visit to this beautiful area, they will be the people I contact.
