Our tranquilly quaint Bluewater Villa home offers a private and relaxing coastal getaway with amazing amenities. With only a short (about 7 minute) walk to the famous sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast, this home is only minutes away from digging your toes in the sand! The beautiful Destiny West community features a large community pool, heated spa, tennis courts and fitness center (only a 2 minute walk from the front door), accompanied by lush tropical landscaping and a cool ocean breeze.

This home includes a golf a cart with rental of the home! The best way to experience the Destiny community and surrounding beaches is with a golf cart, don't get stuck without one!

Spend your days cooling off by the pool, hitting the tennis courts, and of course soaking up the sun on the beach! The nearby Crab Trap restaurant (a 7 minute walk away!) with its' beach boardwalk, restrooms, showers, parking, volleyball nets, and playground offers all the entertainment and refreshment options you need!

No Pets: Owner's have sensitive allergies. As such, no pets of any kind are permitted in Bluewater Villa at Destiny West in Destin. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Bluewater Villa (or on the premises). No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
