We love this condo! It is very close to the beach and they put out two beach chairs and an umbrella every morning. It says they put them out at 9 AM but they’re usually out there by 8 AM or earlier. There are signs saying that it’s a private beach, with ropes,but people constantly walk onto the beach and try to sit in the chairs are behind the chairs. However, there was a guy that would check and if they weren’t staying at the condo would make them leave.The house had plenty of dishes and pots and pans and utensils. even a crockpot! You do need to bring spices and plastic wrap, foil, etc.There were beach towels on the shelves in the bathroom and a couple buckets for playing in the sand in the closet.The bunk beds are great, however, there is nowhere for them to put their luggage except the living room so just be aware that if you’re bringing six people it’s going to be pretty tight.The property manager was great! She responded right away and was super helpful with some questions we had. The people above us were super noisy. They addressed it with the office and the Security on site and that seemed to help. I know the property manager can’t control what the people above them do. Just be aware it can be pretty loud and sound like they’re stomping around above you. I’ve never had this happen in the many places we have stayed.Overall, we really enjoyed it and will stay there again!
