PERFECTION!! I would highly recommend this condo. It absolutely beautiful. The host was incredible, the property and staff was amazing, and the view was breathtaking.. We rented beach chairs and umbrella for our stay, it was definitely worth it. We also ate lunch on the beach most days, so good. You are a couple minute walk/drive to great restaurants, shopping and family fun. Whether it’s a couples getaway or a family vacation we have found our new home away from home!

Our family enjoyed coming back to the Pelican Beach Resort. This was our first time in this specific condo and we can’t wait to come back! Very clean, spacious enough for our family of 5. The included amenities at Pelican are convenient and made the stay more enjoyable! Our family always enjoys the Tiki bar! Great food & drinks! Workout facility could be bigger and offer more but not a deal breaker. The beach access and pools are beautiful and so convenient. Perfect waves to wake board. Perfect area to get family pics also! Checkin/check-out was easy also. Loved the bigger balcony with more seating. The living room has two couches which I think is a must with a family of 5 to be able to sit together. Easy to communicate with the owner. Thanks for a great experience!

Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. View from the balcony was gorgeous as to be expected. Tiki bar was a nice added touch by the pool. Ease of navigating the property was great for my mother on a walker.

Wonderful Home and Stay!

Our family enjoyed this property! It was enough space to accommodate my family of four. The home was really clean and decorated very nicely. The property has everything you need in regards to pools, beach, accommodations.

Outstanding Views

We truly enjoyed this property from an easy walk to the beach, easy walk to dine just overall a great property. We had a minor issue with a running toilet called the front desk and they immediately sent maintenance up and it was fixed. We have found our spot to stay whenever we return to Destin!

The unit was just as pictured. Very clean and well maintained. Owners were absolutely fantastic to deal with and made everything easy for us. They provided some great recommendations of their favorite places to go. The balcony view was amazing!! Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again next time for sure.

Our stay was fantastic. Hosts were so helpful and even told us places to go visit and eat and shop at. Basically planned the whole trip for us! They also had a guest book with previous families suggestions. It made it such a relaxing trip. Perfect for four people. Immaculate condo. Will be a yearly trip for us at this condo now.

Condo was clean and spacious. My girls loved the bunks beds and TV in their room. We thought the Bedroom sliding door was stuck but we were able to finally get it open. Would come here again.

Beach Heaven

We absolutely loved your condo! It was exactly as described and pictured. Plenty of room for our family of four and included everything we needed for our stay! The views from the balcony were breathtaking and the beach was literally steps from the lobby. The resort property was well cared for and clean. We would absolutely rent from you again and look forward to another trip to Destin soon! Thank you so much for having us!
