NOTE: There is an alternate entrance on the west side(left side) of the building while the front windows are being replaced. The outdoor splash pad is closed. The east side of the building (ours is the west side of the building) will be making exterior concrete repairs/painting the building. The heated pool and the restaurant are expected to open the end of March 2026. The outdoor pool and hot tub are both open. The east side of the boardwalk to the beach is open, the west side is still being worked on, temporarily you may use the gym showers to wash off sand if needed. All exterior windows in the common areas of the building are being replaced, there is an alternate entryway to get to the front desk, expected reopening of normal entryway is March 25th 2026. These repairs may cause noise during the day. The units on our side of the building have finished updates.

There's a 55 inch 4K smart tv in living room.

Full bathroom with tub accessible from the master suite and attached half bathroom accessible from hallway.

Kitchen is chef-ready with pots & pans, blender, toaster, Keurig Duo coffee machine (please bring your own coffee), and more. Dining table seats 4 bar seats 3.

We offer a complimentary welcome package. Startup supply of two rolls of toilet papers in each bathroom, travel size shampoo and lotion sets in the bathroom, one roll of paper towel in the kitchen, hand soaps, dish liquid, new dish sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and laundry pods are provided.

There is a coin operated laundry on each floor except the first floor. The change machine is in the lobby across from the front desk.

We have a brand new 30 gallon electric water heater, which is good for 1-2 normal 10 minute showers and will take about 1 hour to fully recover back to operating temperature. During colder weather this may take longer to heat back up due to very cold incoming water.

Internet is provided by the condo’s association. It has recently (April 2025) been updated to a 300 mpbs high speed internet!

If you arrive early, feel free to check with the front desk, get your parking pass and enjoy the beach and the pools. However we don't allow early check in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need time to prepare the condo. During slow season, if the unit is ready for early check in, we will let you know.

We operate the rental ourselves and we want to make sure our guests have a great time in our condo. For any urgent maintenance requests, our condo is enrolled in the on-site maintenance program of SunDestin. Guests can request help from them through front desk for issues ranging from clogged toilets to help with operating the TV remote.

Please note that during slow season, some of the onsite amenities like the beachside Tiki Bar, rental beach service, etc. may be closed or operating with limited hours due to lower demand.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole condo and the resort amenities.

You will check in at the reception desk to get your door code to the condo. There’s someone available 24/7 for check ins.
