DETAILS: White Pearl is a grand 11-bedroom home with 10 full baths that sleeps 28 comfortably. Located in a gated community, this property provides access to the community pool, tennis court, and gym. Guests will love the 5-minute walk to the nearest beach access, private pool, outdoor shower, and multiple kitchens. Perfect for large groups of friends, family reunions, and more.

The Main House offers perfect 3-story accommodations for a Florida getaway! On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bunk room with Queen-over-Queen beds, and 2 guest bedrooms. There’s also a laundry room on this floor for convenience. Stepping into the backyard, guests will enjoy the spacious patio finished with luxe outdoor furniture that overlooks the lake, private pool, personal sitting spa, outdoor fireplace, and natural gas grill.

The second floor features wood flooring, tall ceilings, and a wall of windows to enjoy breathtaking Lake-front views from the open living, dining, and kitchen areas, leading to a balcony. Unwind in the living space surrounding a fireplace and TV with interior speakers. Connect to Sonos to play music on the balconies and around the pool area. The fully-equipped kitchen features an island with granite countertops, a built-in sink, and 4 bar stools. Enjoy Lake views in the adjacent dining area with 8 seats. There are 2 guest bedrooms on this floor and one even has a wine chiller and mini kitchen just outside the door!

Guests staying in the third floor’s Primary bedroom have a wet bar, including a mini fridge to keep drinks and snacks cool, as well as a private balcony!

The inviting 3-story Guest House is designed for entertaining. The first floor is focused on rest, with 1 bunk room with a washer and dryer in the walk-in closet, and an additional guest bedroom, both with private baths. The second floor features a sizeable kitchen, a 4-seat dining area, and a game area with a shuffleboard table and a billiards pool table. There is 1 guest bedroom on this floor, a half bath, and a washer and dryer. This floor includes a free-standing ice maker, seating for 4 at the bar, Sonos in the game room, and a balcony overlooking the pool and lake. You can also access the Main House by the connected balcony.

Guests will love the third-floor wet bar at the top of the stairs separating two additional guest bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a private bath and share a balcony with Gulf Views, Lake Views, and Pool Views!

Thurmond Family Vacay

We were not happy with the house. It was a beautiful home but we chose it for several of the amenities that did not work. The guest house had no hot water all week and the maintenance team didn’t fix it so they came to take showers in the main house. Only one ice machine worked by the pool and the rest were broken and didn’t work. The microwave didn’t work and the maintenance person brought a new one and just set it on the counter and plugged it in. The dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen. There were huge cockroaches all over the property both inside and outside. The gate codes only worked one day. The freezer in the main house didn’t work only the fridge part. We travel all over the country looking for big houses for our whole family and we’ve never had this much trouble with a rental house. We would like some sort of refund given how much paid without the basic necessities.

Great Location and View, But the Property Needs Attention

We stayed at this property with high hopes, but unfortunately, there were several issues that made our stay frustrating. The house is in serious need of updates and better maintenance. We had problems with the A/C throughout our entire stay, which was very uncomfortable. The gate code provided didn’t work when we arrived, causing unnecessary delays. The guest house had no hot water, so cold showers became the norm—not exactly the vacation experience we expected.Additionally, the guest house felt outdated and poorly equipped. There was no broom or mop available, so we had to purchase our own just to keep the space clean. Overall, there seemed to be a lack of attention to guest comfort and readiness. With some investment and attention to detail, this could be a great rental—but as it stands, it fell short of expectations.The view from this property is absolutely stunning, and the pool area was definitely the highlight of our stay—relaxing and well-kept. f

Great location but needs work

Pros -The house is in a great location. Gorgeous neighborhood, walk to beach and a beautiful lakefront view. -Tons of bedrooms all with adjacent bathrooms -Large pool and hot tub - Management company was nice to work with. Super friendly and sent people out promptly to fix issues. Cons -lots of stairs. -House needs a lot of repairs. Ripped and stained curtains, some cabinets hard to open, toilet paper holders falling, some furniture very worn or falling apart. Squeaky beds. -Exterior of house was dirty. Patios and lanais very dirty. Sliders had dirt and debris on them. Hoses just out in walking areas. -Multiple issues with getting the pool heater working, after paying $100 a day to have it heated. Had to call many times about this. -Found an active hornets nest outside the front door. (Blue 360 sent someone and had it removed immediately)

Family Vacation

This property is amazing. My family and I spent days at the beach which in walking distance and evenings around the pool. Fishing in the lake. This is a great property for a family vacation. Property manager was very responsive to all our inquiries.

That’s my review

-none of the outdoor speakers are working. -house not clean as it should for new guest -Door codes wasn’t working probably -Air conditioning low on Freon so it’s wasn’t cooling the house. -no trash canes in the pool area. -bugs inside the bedrooms. And bedbugs in 2 rooms. -no tea kattle -2nd house smells very very bad like not been opened for weeks It’s waaaaay over priced for what we paid. Pics has nothing to do with reality

Great time

Great house for the 10 of us (me and wife), 2 sons (and their wives) and their kids (total of 4). Walking distance to beach, lake in backyard was a hit, swimming pool was a hit, plenty of room to relax. A few things needing attention (nit items) that we saw when we arrived -1) the dishwasher leaked 2) the family room shades (the ones above the normal windows) we could not find how to operate (close them). We purposely left beach toys / chairs for the next guests. We would stay there again. Great location. Thank you.

Couldn’t have been any better!

This week blew me away! The house, location, short walk to the beach. We have 2 small issues, I contacted the concierge they had all resolved SAME DAY! I’ve never had such great care while staying somewhere. Not only do I say BOOK with 360 blue for great home away from home but seriously I can’t go on enough how helpful they have been thru this WHOLE vacation planning as well. We had ages from 1 year old to 86 years old and there was a room for everyone and bathrooms were fantastic! We comfortably had an air mattress for our toddler and a Pak n play in our room with plenty of room for our bags. The pool, hot tub, kitchen area outside we spent most evenings at! AGAIN this house is for ALL ages! Thank you 360 blue for making our family vacation so easy.
