Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Pelican Beach Resort offers all the amenities you’d expect in a luxurious resort condominium! This Beach Front Resort offers spacious meeting facilities, THREE Pools including Gulf Front pool, Lake Front pool at The Terrace, an indoor/outdoor pool (seasonally heated), kiddie pool, laundry facilities on each floor, TWO fitness centers, outdoor gas grills, tennis courts, and even a video game room!

The Pelican Tiki Bar is a lively beachside bar – stop by and ask your friendly bartender to mix you a refreshing drink to take to the beach or sit by the pool. The Pelican Beach Café brews fresh coffee and is open for breakfast mornings at 8 serving yummy pastries and breakfast sandwiches. You can order lunch and take it to the pool or beach (note, this is closed from November to January) You can even order a beach set up right at the private boardwalk leading to the beach. I’m sure you’ll agree, Pelican Beach Resort has everything you’re looking for in a beach vacation condo!

Area Attractions:

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

This is across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark, full of great splashing fun for the kids. And it is within walking distance to Mellow Mushroom and the Pancakery!

Everything was excellent especially the staff. The most beautiful beach and the view from the condo balcony was extraordinary. The only thing difficult was lots of traffic. Easy fix, stay out of it and on the beach. Will be going back!

Beautiful condo! Clean, just smelled like weed so not sure if it was prior guest or adjacent condo. Went away mostly the 2nd evening. There was sand in the freshly washed sheets, so maybe suggest they wash separate from towels but overall it was a nice place, reasonable rate and bonus having a tiki bar by the pool with beach service!

LOVE!!

My husband and I had an AMAZING time at Pelican Beach Resort!! This unit was PERFECT! Super clean and cozy! We LOVED the view and hearing the ocean each day and night! A few things I would recommend, one maybe change the filter for the air bc my husband would cough horribly everytime the AC kicked on. Another thing, we really wished there was a time set aside for just adults to have the pool, such as from 8pm until close (10pm). During the day it's very hard to enjoy much of the pools bc they are all family friendly. Which is great for those with kids, but for couples not so great. Out of all the pools I figured they could accommodate to adults a bit more esp when they serve alcohol right on the resort. But other than that we can't wait to come back and visit those beautiful emerald waters!!

Great condo, but not a fan of not being able to sit by the water!

Loved the condo, but you couldn’t sit your chairs in front of the property owned chairs. You could not go to the property beside ours and sit where there was absolutely no one because there was a mean security guard sitting there getting onto anyone who stepped on the grounds that wasn’t from their property. I have small kids and we couldn’t even enjoy the beach because they wanted to play by the water and we couldn’t see them from our seats. I definitely won’t stay here again because of that!

Great Location and Views

We did not have any issues! I did not see however in the listing that we needed to provide toilet paper after the initial roll was gone. The only other issue was this is an off sight management company you can not speak to the desk staff and when I tried to call I felt it was not an emergency so I had to send an email. Otherwise super clean and very nice mattress! We love Destin and The Pelican!!

The condo is just as pictured. We booked this location specially for the ocean front views. The views did not disappoint. This unit did come with beach chairs but they did not provide rentals (which is stated) but on the busy days you could not set up in front of the rental chairs to get the ocean view. The only few downfalls about this resort was the elevators kept getting stuck on our last two days which made leaving with all our luggage difficult going down 12 flights of stairs. This resort also had lots of security which was nice knowing we were safe but it was still a little much telling adults you can’t have a drink in a hot tub when your paying to relax.

Great vacation!! Best In Destin

Amazing stay!! We stayed in another place a few floors down several months back, we loved this location, had a few issues with electrical in the main bathroom but it wasn’t that big of a deal, also the bed, although comfortable needs to be replaced, it’s a little sunken in near the head. Otherwise we loved and and will definitely be back. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay!

This was our 5th year staying in Destin and it did not disappoint. We loved the condo and the whole setup. I think the only thing we would “complain” about would be the master bedroom mattress. It is sinking on both sides. Other than that we loved the place. We left a couple of chairs for the next guests. I always appreciate when there is chairs available so I thought I would just pay it forward. Thank you for a wonderful time

Very well appointed and updated.

Like new on the inside. Very clean. Do need to replace the master bed mattress and fix the bathtub drain. There was no placard on the fridge with all the vital info as promised. If those items are taken care of, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again at all. We just loved all the resort amenities and the front desk and management staff were EXTREMELY helpful and nice. First time staying there. It's a bummer that if you don't rent chairs and umbrella for $50 a day, they make you set up far back from the water, way behind the rentals. Not really fair to penalize those who don't rent chairs and umbrellas.
