  • Come revel in the magnificent ocean views of this spectacular 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, perfectly located on the 7th floor. This warmly decorated space offers 1430 sq. foot tiled throughout, with carpet in both bedrooms.  Relax and enjoy your destination vacation with a 30 foot private balcony, spanning from the living room to the master bedroom, high speed wireless internet, and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach service set-ups.) This space offers a beautiful master bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed, accompanied by a custom walk-in shower in the attached bathroom. The gorgeous guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds, and a tub/shower combo in the guest bathroom. Your ultimate family vacation awaits!

Loved the location

Loved the gated community part of the property. Private beach was amazing. Not very crowded at all. No need to look for a better location in Destin. We would come back.

Perfection in Paradise

Our unit at Destin Gulfgate was gorgeous and was such a great place to be! From the high end finishes to the dolphins playing just off the beach, everything was perfect! We loved the Gulfgate staff and the location on the beach with our own reserved chairs and umbrella. Destin is lots of fun and so beautiful.

It was so relaxing. The happy hour was a big hit. And, we loved the free beach toy area. We were allowed to grab a few toys for the day and drop them off when we were done. It was a great experience. The staff were wonderful and very welcoming.

Family Get Away

Perfect location, Beach set up was amazing, the extra ice machine was awesome! We will definitely be back! Make sure you bring Beach towels but if you forget like we did there are tons shops, grocery stores, Walmart, and a Target close by. Extra bonus is the restaurant that you can walk To off the beach or street! 5 Stars!!!!

Destin Gulfgate is the best place to stay in Destin and the Beach Service was excellent! We stayed 6 nights. I have stayed here before and love everything about it. My only complaint this time was that there was a large group of people staying together and the last two days on the beach, where I enjoy reading and listening to the ocean was dampened by the sound of very loud music with the base up and all I could hear was boom, boom, boom. I understand having a good time - but some people were very inconsiderate. Never had this happen before.

The entire property was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful beach, beach chairs/umbrella, and a very nice pool. It is located within walking distance to a nice, well known restaurant, The Back Porch. There are other places of interest that are within walking distance also. I can not say enough great things about the manager and other employees at Destin Gulfgate. They were very friendly and helpful. They made excellent recommendations of the best places to eat, and answered any questions that we may have had. I feel that they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. There are numerous restaurants in the area, and we personally really enjoyed McGuire's Irish Pub, and Louisiana Lagniappe. I would definitely highly recommend this property to friends and family.

Perfect location, great view, excellent amenities and small enough that the beach and pool are not overcrowded. Having their own property management helps tremendously as well.
