The Sterling Shores Association has scheduled a weatherproofing project for the exterior of the building. The painting portion of the project will begin on June 1st and is estimated to be completed by the end of September 2025. During this time, Vacation Homes won't be directly affected, though Guests can expect to see activity around property. The next phase of the project will begin on August 11th, on the balconies and walkways, at which point Guests will experience loud noise from the project and closures of certain areas and balconies. The waterproofing project is expected to be completed by March 2026. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the project to provide the best vacation experience possible.
