Located inside Pelican Beach Resort, this residence offers something few units can: elevation, angle, and perspective that elevate the entire Gulf experience.

The Signature Experience
Step onto your 25-foot private angled balcony and you immediately understand the difference. This is not a standard beachfront view—it is a panoramic coastal canvas stretching from sunrise over the Gulf to sunset over the shoreline.

Morning coffee becomes a ritual. Evenings become still, quiet, and unforgettable. The balcony is not an amenity—it is the reason you are here.
