The condo was beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. The bathroom sink and tub drain very slow, I did send a message to the company so they can get that looked into. We had a couple of issues- we were given the wrong gate codes at check in so this was stressful. Thankfully, the security guard at the condo helped us and ended up giving us the correct codes. He said it had changed a while back and the company was still giving out the old codes. I did message the company about this twice so they could get it corrected. I didn’t hear back with the first message so I sent it again and did hear back after that. The only other issue is the listing says it includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella. This is not guaranteed. You have to be one of the first people at 9 am to get this or they are out by 9:15. They also won’t let you sit in the front row, even if you are the first person out there, they told us those chairs were reserved for “paying” customers. When my husband went down at 9 to get our chairs the staff also asked him if he was ready to sit in the chairs because you could not “save” them. I don’t understand this policy, if they are included with the condo then it shouldn’t matter if I go down and put my towel down. Not impressed with the beach service. I do love this condo in general. The pools are very nice and clean. The condo was adorable. I would stay here again! Just a little frustrated with the codes and beach chairs.
