The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for crafting delicious meals, while the open floor plan creates a welcoming space to connect with friends and family.

The sleeping arrangements are as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 bunk bed
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed + 1 bunk bed
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed + 1 single bed
Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed + 1 single bed

We offer extra bedding and towels to accommodate larger groups. Rest assured, you'll have all the comforts of home during your stay. There is an additional $50/night fee for each guest after the 10th guest.

This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

As an alternative, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver through a third-party insurance provider:

We make this process easy using Happy Guest, a secure, app-free platform. No account signup is needed, and it gives you a guest portal with all home info and my favorite local spots.

There are 3 security cameras in the property:1 located in the side yard pointing out to the side of the house, 1 located in the front yard pointing out to the front of the house and 1 doorbell camera facing the front of the main door. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is also 1 noise monitor located in the backyard and is required by City of Desert Hot Springs. It is monitoring noise decibels but is not recording video or audio.

Music is allowed outside until 10:00 PM. Small portable speakers are permitted; however, large speakers, DJ equipment, and karaoke machines are not allowed outdoors

Spa & Pool Heating Policy

• Spa heating is available for an additional charge with no day minimum requirement: The spa is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but you can turn it on anytime during your stay. It operates on a 3-hour timer and will automatically turn off after each cycle.

Spa heating fee $50/day if pool heating is not requested.

• Pool heating is available for an additional charge with a 2-day minimum requirement:

- $190/day to heat up to 88°F

You can request pool heating at any time—before or during your stay. Please note that it takes at least 24 hours to fully heat the pool.

Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to our approval. Early check-in is $30 per hour, and late check-out is $33 per hour.

For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside.

We have a strict NO SMOKING inside the house policy. $1000 fee will be applied for violation.

Please note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities.

Also note, that for safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through VRBO before their check-in. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything.

By booking this home, you acknowledge and give your permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week by our pool maintenance team, and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may take place during your stay.
