As you enter the home, you’ll be welcomed by a bright and spacious living room filled with natural light and warm, comfortable décor. The living area features generous seating, a large smart TV, fireplace, and board games—perfect for relaxing together after a day exploring the Palm Springs area.

The large, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your group. It includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, blender, cookware, silverware, tableware, basic spices, and more. Just bring your groceries and enjoy cooking together.

The spacious dining area offers plenty of room for everyone to sit together for meals, celebrations, or family gatherings.

For a little extra entertainment, the game area includes a poker table with playing cards and chips that converts into a bumper pool table. Board games are also available for relaxed evenings at home.

All 5 bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind and include comfortable beds, fresh linens, and storage space for your belongings. The newly remodeled bathrooms are well appointed and stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries.

Spa heating is included with every reservation. Optional pool heating is available for an additional fee of $150 per night with a 2-night minimum.

**Occupancy & Guest Policy**

The maximum property capacity is 16 people, including overnight guests and visitors.

The standard nightly rate includes up to 10 guests. Guests 11–16 are subject to an additional guest fee of $70 per person, per night, which will be reflected in the reservation total.

For safety, insurance, and local occupancy compliance, the reservation must accurately reflect the number of people staying at the property. Any visitors or additional guests must be disclosed and approved in advance. Unauthorized or unreported guests may be subject to additional charges in accordance with the reservation terms.
