Staff was very nice and friendly. Room was clean Except, the bathroom. There was a large wad of hair on the floor stuck to the screw on the floor drain. There is No way they cleaners couldnt see it. But other then that everything was great.

The hotel is older. Our toilet didn’t flush quite right, I had to fix it when we first got there and it still didn’t always flush. The toilet seat was completely pealed and needed to be replaced. There was hair in one of the corners on the floor in the bathroom. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy and waffles if you were to make one because the there was only one waffle maker and a huge line to make them. Not really any other protein like other places offer. It was an ok stay, just not what we had expected.

Nice quiet hotel. But there is a major highway right next to it, so request a room away from the highway if traffic noise bothers you. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Room was clean and bed was comfy. What more could you need?

Overall, the property was clean. The breakfast was ready on time, if not early, and there was a great selection. Though the bed was comfortable overall, I think there could be a pillow upgrade, or at the very least bring your own.

Nice place to stay, no cleaning service all day though, we went to our room, sheets were nasty trash up under the couch bed & the other room bed like they just do the main bed & leave! Front desk lady could have been more welcoming but over all it was decent stay with kids.

Very short staffed. Took 45 minutes to get checked in. Our bathroom in our room was clean but our room was dirty. The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. The hot tub was cold the first night and then closed the second night. The heater in the pool wasn’t working well and the pool water was ice cold. Other than those few complaints it was fine.

Overall Disappointment
Less than we expected from the hotel. Shower had been damaged and patched/repaired, mold on the walls near the shower, and the hot tub didnt work. We chose this place because of the hot tub and heard the lady at the front desk telling someone on the phone that they have a hot tub but "things break at random so they cant be upset if something doesnt work when they show up". Seems pretty obvious that they were lying just to get the bookings while knowing that yhe amenities were non functioning.

Very noisy guests all hrs of the night annoying high pitched squeal coming from the refrigerator dirty comforter/bed/bathroom no hot water in shower pool area was also dirty with food and hair wouldn't stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone

Short staffed and the front desk person was the only one there with a full hotel. With a full hotel they let the public pay to swim and use the pool, that made us feel somewhat unsafe. No towels in the pool room and when asked she didn’t have a chance to get any laundry going.

Id say terrible but the night staff did their best to correct the many issues we had so they get average. Issues. Refrigerator, main door to our room did not latch closed, graffiti in room and a broken bed.
