Weekend trip
The place was very nice and very homey! They provided dry wood and starter logs for us. The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture! We would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Host were wonderful, came right down and fixed any problems right away!

Short visit
Everything was very nice. Owner had small children running around in upstairs living unit which was a little noisy in evening hours. No other issues and overall a nice spot. Liked neighborhood area, in spring the firepit area looks like a nice addition.

Two night stay in Des Moines
Everything was perfect and easy. Great place to stay for appointments we had in Des Moines, to see family and friends and just to relax. The location is perfect, especially because it was across from the tennis courts and I played tennis for Roosevelt in the 80’s!

Very clean and wonderfully decorated property. An amazing backyard for grillin', chillin' and fire building! Awesome value for what you get. Definitely a return stay or few in the future!

Loved Our Stay
My cousin and I met in Des Moines for a catch up weekend and had such a lovely time staying at this property! It was so cozy and homey and clean! I would highly recommend to anyone! Top notch! Wonderful stay
We stayed here to watch my son USHL team. House was decorated so cute. Everything you need for cooking. Nice weather coaxed us for a walk in a perfectly beautiful older safe neighborhood. Hostess was very friendly and helpful for restaurant suggestions.Back yard is private with lots for lights grill and fire pit. A lot of extra space in porch area. Will stay here every time I’m in Des Moines.
