«Staff was so welcomeing on arrival. Smooth check in,loved the little brownie gift on arrival. They also managed to decorate the room for my partner‘s birthday with some towel art shaped into a cake which I thought was lovely and along with a nice message. »

«Really nice looking property with easy parking. Food was excellent and location was out of the way quiet but still easy to get to.
Some negatives was that the matteress was old and soft so you rolled toward the center and one of the receptionists had limited people skills. No conversation loke 'good morning, how was your stay.... anything and one of the advertised benefits of that roaring fire was not kept alight so any though of having a drink after dinner infront of it ..you can forget. ...

«The hotel is situated in the small town of Kegworth, and is quite ok. We had a room which was bigger than most other british hotel rooms, but it lacked air-conditioning.
The breakast was good, but the refilling of the food was somewhat slow.
A big plus was the relaxation area with swimmingpool, jaquzzi and sauna.»
