«We stayed for 1 night on our way to a MSV trackday at Donnington Park. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the River Trent. The location was great. Parking was fine and overall a pleasant stay. We chose to eat in the restaurant - unfortunately too few staff meant service was not great. The Sunday roast was ok but also not great. »

«What a lovely comfortable stay. Nice beds , pillows and duvet and in a beautiful house. Tea and coffee and a bottle of water on arrival. Could have had breakfast but didn't. There's a pub down the road. Will definitely stay again and go for walks around the area»

«The majority of golfers arrive for the day and do not stay overnight. The result being after 9pm, the lodge is very quiet. For some that will be a like or dislike. I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay with no complaints. All the staff I met were helpful and friendly.»

«The room was very basic. It was disappointing that the bathroom facilities weren’t self-contained, and the shower is essentially right next to the bed. Another issue was the parking. It costs £5 per night if you book through a third party like Expedia, which you have to pay on arrival, whereas it’s free if you book directly through Ibis. The difference isn’t very clear and feels a bit inconsistent. The noise from other guests early in the morning also disturbed my sleep, which didn’t help the ...

«The pictures on Expedia doesn't do the place justice. Its a little hidden gem. With live entertainment with good food and drinks. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean but basic. Happy to stay there again. »
