4 soverom (Queen senger) innsjøhus, halvannen bad med alle fasiliteter som er nødvendige for en komfortabel ferie. Også dronning futon. Vil sove 8-10 personer

To person kajakk, pedalbåt, robåt, dokk, to stein peiser, grill, internett, Roku, flatskjerm, komplett kjøkken, vaskemaskin, tørketrommel, hengekøye, Gazebo. Vann kommer også fra brønnen og er utmerket å drikke.

Fredelig, vakkert løvverk fra midten av september til slutten av oktober. Flott for bading, vannet er varmere enn mange nedre innsjøer, da det ligger nær toppen av fjellet (ca. 2000 fot). Ingen motorbåter er tillatt.

I nærheten: Vandring, golf ved Oquaga Lake og dens mange fasiliteter, epler og ville blåbær florerer, ridning, båtliv, elg- og greske peekfjell, kajakkpadling, kanopadling, grus- og landeveissykling, antik shopping, kinoer, museer, dagsturer til Binghamton , Finger Lakes og Cooperstown.

Regnbue- og ørretfiske i verdensklasse på West Branch of Delaware River og Oquaga Creek ligger bare 5 minutter unna. Cannonsville Reservoir ligger 8 km fra huset og tilbyr noen av de mest spektakulære Smallmouth Bass, Rainbow / Brown Trout-fiske i New York State (spesiell tillatelse kreves). Jakt på whitetail og forskjellige småvilt er tilgjengelig da vi er i løpet av få minutter fra NY og PA State Lands.

Great house and beautiful location. Enjoyed waking up and fishing in the backyard. Spent the afternoons floating down the WB of the Delaware river...only 15 mins away. Pre arrival communication was excellent. Johnny the manager was super awesome.

We just stayed for 3 nights with our family of five (me, my husband and our 3 teens). The house is very spacious and each of my kids got their own queen bed (they were thrilled). Check-in was great - the caretaker, Johnny, met us at the house, walked us through it and answered any questions we had. The lake is so peaceful, since no motor boats are allowed- kids swam and used the kayaks a LOT. The kitchen is well-stocked with anything you may need, gas grill is under a roof outside with a table (perfect for playing board games), the firepit is lakeside and was perfect to sit by... we would absolutely return to this house. Itself not new, but it was quaint, large enough for us and we all had an amazingly time! We even walked all the way around the lake - aboit a 45 min walk. My only (small) suggestion is to get a mattress topper of some sort for the upstairs lake-facing bedroom because the mattress is a bit hard. Still, we loved the house!

Best Lake Front House!

Johnny was incredibly kind and went out of his way to make our experience welcoming. As soon as we arrived, he took the time to personally greet us and explain everything about the property in detail. His warm and open demeanor instantly put us at ease. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, ensuring that we felt comfortable and fully informed. Johnny’s hospitality truly made a difference, and his attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!

Peaceful and Quiet Lake Cottage

We spent a week here with three adults and four teens. The property is as described, and the pictures are accurate. The picturesque lake was peaceful and relaxing, with great fishing (our group caught a total of 52), despite a lot of rainy weather. There was plenty of room in the house for everyone to spread out although everyone tended to gather in the downstairs living area with the sliders to the lake. Johnny was very friendly, checking in to see if we needed anything but not at all intrusive. We enjoyed our time and would stay again!

Beautiful Private Lake House

My group had an incredibly relaxing and fun time at this beautiful private lake house. There were many bedrooms, kitchen supplies, board games, and fun gathering areas. We especially enjoyed taking the boat out on the quiet and serene lake. At night we sat around the large waterside firepit and stargazed - we even saw a few shooting stars! Johnny, the caretaker, was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. We hope to return soon!

Great weekend to unplug

Best weekend ever!!!

This is a beautiful and spacious cottage. Beautifully private setting on the lake. We took our 3 grandchildren, ages 4-9. They loved it. Johnny the property caretaker, is very personable and was very helpful, told us about all the nearby things to do, or where to get anything we forgot. He gave us his cell number in case we needed anything. I highly recommend this property!!!!!

Charming lake house on the mountain

The property was very nice had everything you would need in the house Very eclectic feel for the interior furnishings makes you feel like what it is, a family camp in the mountains that the family has collected all of the handed down furnishings to make it have everything you need to enjoy the mountain summers. The care taker Johnny was very nice a knowledgeable about the area and was available by phone whenever we called. Overall the house and property are cozy and the location on the lake is beautiful. Would definitely stay again

Great spot with a 6 moth old

Me and my family stayed there with a 6 month old it was very spacious place even when you look form outside you cant tell. I don't think it will be safe for a crawling kid without constant supervision. Especially the stairs. The nature and outside was beautiful everyone loved the foliage and we got to take very good pictures during this time. There was no fish this time at all last time we stayed in late September there was plenty fish jumping the the lake and you can see and catch. This time nothing at all. But the house is good and the boats are there the camp fire pit right on the lake. Almost, everything you need on the property.

Lovely Quiet House by the Water

There is a lot to like about this property. The lake is beautiful, and as promised, mostly very quiet. We loved that the huge firepit was down by the water, so we spent almost the entire day by the water's edge, from start to finish. Another plus was the gazebo, where the BBQ grill was under cover, so we could still use it on the one day it rained. And having both a gas and a charcoal grill was terrific. The house itself was spacious, although the small bedroom was really small. We spent most of our time downstairs, where the kitchen and the doorway to the lake are. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. There is air conditioning upstairs, but the downstairs stayed fairly cool even on hot days. You have to empty the dehumidifier a couple times a day, but that's no big deal. Having two bathrooms was wonderful, since we had eight people for most of our stay. In general, I'd say the house is good value for the money. There were a few downsides. Johnny the caretaker and owner Mihael responded very quickly to messages, but the couple of issues we had didn't get fixed. (The lights over the slightly scary spiral staircase were out, and I pointed this out to Johnny when he was showing us around, but apparently special bulbs needed to be ordered. The mattress on the smallest bed was terrible, with huge lumps and grooves, and I was told that a new one had been on order for a month and a half, which I believe, because of the supply chain issues, but it was still pretty uncomfortable to sleep on.) There were two benches outside that were broken and should have been removed (one was literally held up by a log and a brick, and the other had huge missing wooden slates). You could just not sit on them, of course, but they made the place feel uncared for, which otherwise wasn't the impression you got. Our biggest disappointment was that the pedalboat, which was listed on the website, was damaged and couldn't be used. Not a big deal in the whole scheme of things, but we'd really been looking forward to it, and when we took it out and it almost sank, that wasn't great. Overall, I'd say this was a great house. Just be aware that between the spiral staircase and the steep and irregularly spaced stone stairs on the outside of the house, this place is definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There are also a lot of tripping hazards inside (raised stone sections in multiple places downstairs) that might be tricky with kids. Otherwise, it was lovely.

A great getaway!

Excellent! If you’re looking for a peaceful, nature filled experience, this is the place! Great communication with the owner. The house is spacious and well laid out. Lots of outdoor space for visiting. So peaceful! Johnny will greet you with his cheerful personality, give the tour and ensure you’re ready to enjoy your stay. This is a gem and I would highly recommend this property.

Great weekend getaway

We had a great family trip. Theres a great farm nearby (JADA Hill), and some good food 10mins away. The views of the lake are great. Thanks to John for making the checkin seamless. Overall, definitely recommend.

Location 5 stars, accommodations 3 stars

I can't say enough good things about the location. It was completely quiet, near a lot of great hiking locations, and the view was beautiful. It seemed like the fall colors were better every day. As for the actual house, it was OK. There wasn't any comfortable place to sit downstairs (where the kitchen is) and, for me, no easy way to get between the upstairs and downstairs. I wish that the description had mentioned the stairs situation - inside the house is a small metal spiral staircase. I am not a small person and didn't feel at all safe on those stairs. Outside of the house are slate steps which are completely uneven (different heights and different depths) with no railing. I didn't feel safe on those, either. The kitchen had everything needed, the beds were comfortable, the USB ports next to the beds were a nice touch. And there were more games than you could play in a month! But if you have any sort of stairs/mobility issues, this isn't the place for you.
