Tucked into a quiet dead-end lane in a pretty, well-designed resort neighborhood, this classic contemporary cottage will encourage you to enjoy laid-back time in Bella Beach. From the lush plantings in front of the inviting porch to its backyard oasis, Driftwood Bella Beach’s every detail is designed to welcome you to a home away from home. Inside, the golden pine flooring, sunny paint, and white trim-work will lift your spirits. High windows let in lots of light and the white dining furniture and kitchen extend the effect. Velvety sectionals, a gas fireplace and a TV/DVD enclosed in a louvered cabinet invite you to gather with family and friends.

Everything is equipped for your comfort and convenience, from the well-appointed kitchen with its gas range to the washer/dryer tucked into the hall. A sumptuous king master suite on the main floor is both accessible and private. Upstairs, two bedrooms are sheltered under the sloping eaves with a full bath. The back garden, with a landscaped yard, patio, bistro table, barbecue, and hot tub add to the relaxation of your getaway.

Driftwood Bella Beach is near C’est la Vie, a French-style café, and a neighborhood children’s playground. It’s just a few short blocks from the beach access to miles of sandy beach. You’ll enjoy easy access by car to dining in Gleneden Beach or Salishan, where you can find coffee, Beachcrest Brewing, and the new aerial park. A few miles north and you’ll be at the edge of Lincoln City. Depoe Bay is minutes south, and Newport is less than a half-hour away. You’ll be perfectly poised for all sorts of coastal adventures, with the option of plenty to do in your own neighborhood.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

*IMPORTANT* NO commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, truck campers or other recreational vehicle or equipment shall not be allowed on any part of the Property nor Common Areas in the Bella Beach community.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house, however there is a ring doorbell on the front door facing the driveway.

The host was very easy to communicate with and answered questions promptly. The house was great! Having a room on the lower level was excellent because my mom uses a walker and it is difficult to find anything ADA accessible. Thank you! We hope to come back soon.

Back deck was completely rotten. I fell through the deck an was injured. When i reached out they refused to refund my money. The stairs that lead to the fourth bedroom broke, making it unsafe to use the bedroom. Again refused to refund my money. My entire weekend was ruined. Very Cozy & Charming Cottage

Whelp. Let’s just say. Despite some of the flaws we encountered at the property I hope this review will be informative and also helpful to future guest making the decision to stay at this place. I would be a liar if I said the place was flawless but it was not the worst we’ve stayed at. Everything was clean and organized upon entry, bathrooms were clean. A few showers lacked shampoo and body wash as advertised on the website. The dryer is not the best when it comes to drying clothes. Plenty of bedrooms to choose from for a big family getaway. We had a hard time turning the jets in the hot tub to the high setting, it wasn’t very clean when we first got in. The backyard gate is unsafe and should probably be looked into. If you choose to come here when it rains a bigger tv would’ve been appreciated in the living room. Some of the deck boards on the backyard’s patio is rotten and should be looked into. The couch in the living room is all torn up and isn’t very comfortable. I really hope the owners can address a few of the imperfections listed above bc of the price you pay to stay here. Other then that it was a very great place to stay at and with very easy beach access. You should also be aware that this is located in an HOA and a lot of the Neighbors are very nosy and one was very rude and disrespectful to us. We were flying our drone legally and were abiding by all FAA guild lines and regulations and also held a pilot license and this lady nearly tore our heads off.

Plenty of sleeping space for 10 but very limited living space. House was much small than anticipated and limited kitchen items. Couch was very warn and every cushion ripped at the seams. SUPER close to a beautiful beach. Overall it was a nice stay.

Nice home!

Loved the place and nice close walk down to beach. Slept my whole family comfortably. Only complaint would be that the dryer didn’t work. But I let the owners know and they responded quickly and said they would get it fixed for the next visitors.

Walked in yes it was clean then went to sectional in living room. It was disgusting. Ripped and torn bottom and back pillows. Filling falling out. Sat in It and completely bottomed out. Decorative pillows were also old and filthy. Beds all old and lumpy. Backyard dirt and old rickety deck. This us the worst place we have ever walked in.

Comfortable with room for all

My parents loved the ground floor master, there were beds for my wife and I and both kids upstairs, and my brother took the carriage house room. We were all very comfortable around the dining table and in the living room. Everyone loved the hot tub. It was perfect for us.

Will Not Return

When we arrived at Driftwood we spent much of our time cleaning. The toilet was clogged, maintenance fairly quickly but even they noticed the house was not clean. The kitchen floors were sticky and dirty. In the master bathroom the floor was dirty to the point the towel was black after cleaning. The bath rug was also dirty. The pillows on the bed had yellow stains and were far from fluffy, more like clumpy. The duvet and sheets did not smell fresh, the duvet especially. All of the bedding had to be washed; although, we had to buy Tide pods because there were only two left, enough to wash the towels when we left. The couch is in disrepair and needs too be replaced. It also has a stain. There were also sheets in the dryer that had to be folded and put away. The garbage outside was full and the management did not pick it up until late the next day. The dishwasher rack is broken as well. The rules states no smoking and $500 cleaning fee yet there was a cigarette butt left on the deck. We also had to clean the outside furniture, empty the coffee filter and clean the BBQ that had a broken handle. I noticed in all the other comments the management’s response is to call them and they will respond quickly. If I am paying a great deal for my stay for a relaxing vacation I should never need to call management to fix anything.

Beautiful Bella Beach

We really enjoyed our time at Driftwood Bella Beach! The cutest little neighborhood and you can’t beat the short walk to the beach. It was the perfect place to stay for our family. The property management team was fantastic and we appreciated their communication from start to finish.

Not as clean as it should have been

We stay in the house with our family (baby, kids, adults, and dogs). We booked this property because it advertised a fenced in yard, something that other houses in this price range didn’t have. The backyard was overgrown with brush and weeds, our kids could not play in the yard because of it. Also, they advertise a fire pit but it’s not usable either because there is a tree hanging about 6ft above it. The trees next to the hot tub also need to be trimmed, tree debris was dropping into the hot tub with whole time. There are raspberry vines growing near the front porch that made access difficult for the kids and dogs. The upstairs toilet needed to be plunged after nearly every use the whole weekend. And when we first arrived, the house was filled with a rotten garbage smell that was so intense some of our family had to wait outside while we aired out the house. The house is clearly well lived in, which is fine, but better house cleaning and landscaping is a MUST for the price of the rental.

Short walk to the beach

The house was super neat and clean, perfect for out family and spacious, the beach was no more than a 3 minute walk away! The kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need to make any meal, also the bathrooms were nicely stocked with plenty of towels and soap, no need to take your own, my family enjoyed the breezy weather around the fire pit in the backyard, overall had an amazing stay!!

Cozy Home

Driftwood Bella Beach, what can I say... From days before the trip, company sent updates how to check in as well as recommended local activities. As soon as we walked in the home you could tell it was clean and neat. The fireplace made the living room nice & toasty, a place for movie night, family game night, and disconnect from the individual electronics worked for us ! The home was cozy, plenty of comfortable beds, the pillows so fresh & squishy! Loved it !! Kitchen filled with pots/pans/ mugs/ plates/ coffee maker all we needed to whip up homemade meals for us, plus gas stove a break from electric stove lol. The beach was walkable for my 4 yr old , 5-7 mins ! Not far at all, through nice neighborhood, & down some stairs ! The jacuzzi was so relaxing we all took turns, although we might have been able to fit a few of us at the same time. The location is perfect right in the middle of the Aquarium/Newport & Lincoln City !

not a very good home

Had issues from the start as the tv system was not working. The house was run down with major ant problem in the kitchen. The pillows on the couch had tears in the back and the back deck had major issues with rotten wood. The wi fi did not work on our computers and they told us it was our problem.
