The Asher is a boutique hotel to sink into – a delight for all your senses in the heart of Denver’s vibrant Berkeley neighborhood. This is twenty-first century luxury interpreted through an artistic turn-of-the-century filter. And with lounging areas and kitchenettes in all our bespoke apartments, you’ll experience the traveler's dream of living and dining like a local.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to all four boutique hotel rooms when the entire property is booked.



The Neighborhood:

Right outside your doorstep is Tennyson Street, the beating heart of Denver’s most desirable neighborhood. Walk to a craft brewery, sip wine at a bookstore, or laptop with the locals at a chic coffee shop. Downtown, the RiNo Arts District, LoHi and the Rocky Mountain foothills are all within easy reach. Welcome to your new favorite place to stay, work and play in the Mile High City.



Looking for a unique dining experience? Hey Kiddo and Ok Yeah, located on the third floor of The Asher are the perfect destination for a unique and memorable dining and drinking experience. The restaurant offers a one of a kind concept that sets it apart from traditional restaurants. The menu is focused but powerful, showcasing flavors from all over the world. You can expect true American cuisines served with a playful twist.



If you are in the mood for a drink, the intimate vibe of Ok Yeah, the speak-easy style bar is perfect for you. With no cocktail menu, the skilled bartenders can create a drink based on your preferences and mood. They hand carve ice cubes from a large ice block, ensuring your drink is crafted to perfection.



Getting Around:

Tennyson Street is incredibly walkable, and we highly recommend strolling the tree-lined avenue and taking in the neighborhood. Keep an eye out for B-Cycles, Denver’s ubiquitous rental bikes, as well! North of The Asher is I-70, the city’s main East-West artery. If you rented a car, hop on I-70 West to get to the mountains. East will take you to downtown, City Park, I-25, etc. Uber and Lyft are readily available for those without a car. Enjoy exploring our beautiful city!



Other Things to Note:

*Please note- the units includes a built in mini-fridge (no freezer)- there is not a full size refrigerator/freezer. Please plan accordingly.



Please be advised that some noise may be heard from the hotel rooms located below the restaurant during evening hours while the restaurant is in operation. These hours are from 5pm-12am. We are working with engineers to mute any noise from the restaurant in the future. Until the improvements to the building are made, we provide noise cancelling machines and ear plugs in each room of the hotel. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
