•Please observe the maximum guest capacity and accurately declare the number of guests in your reservation. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

•Please clean the outdoor grill after use and close the propane tank when finished. A $75 cleaning fee will apply if the grill is left uncleaned.

•Please treat the home with care. Excessive mess, garbage, or utility usage may result in additional fees.
