Our car was broken into while parked onsite. Were told that there are no cameras watching that area of parking. Would recommend installing cameras to have full covergae of property. Staff were helpful cleaning glass out of the car and covering rear windshield with plastic for the drive home.

Great customer service. However, the rooms have not been taken care of very well. The smoke alarm was so old its functionality is questionable. Whoever caulked the tub last made a mess, including it being on the floor. The sink faucet was loose and you could lift it off. There is only on outlet available on each side of the bed. The closet rod is behind trim making it extremely difficult to get a hanger out. But again, the staff is great.

The window in our room was broken and duct taped. The wind was howling throw the cracks. The carpet was dirty in our room and we could hear everything, meaning a party, going on in the room next to us and in the hallway until 2:30 in the morning. Very disappointed.

Amazing customer service and friendliness. Christy went above and beyond to resolve some initial confusion with our reservation and questions regarding pet friendliness. Good value, close to shopping and dining as well as on site options. No extra parking fees in a safe area with clean and comfortable accommodation. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Dated but clean hotel - convenient for my needs
The shower leaked water ALL over the bathroom floor every time we took a shower - like ALOT of water. I was very worried about slipping! When we returned back to room late afternoon of 1st full day there, our room was not cleaned - I called down to front desk and talked to gentleman who said i should have requested cleaning at which I said "no one asked me about it at check in" - he said in a curt way "I should have realized that after covid and that all hotels do that now". I replied i had stayed a many hotels since covid and some did ask me that but others did not - how was I supposed to know? He said he would send someone soon. I feel I was charged too much for my b'fast - we did the buffet and was charged $57+ on my bill. While I feel the hotel was clean, i felt like it was very dated.

I asked through Expedia for a window view hotel facing east downtown Denver for New Years view of the city for midnight fireworks. I got a room facing west towards the mountains. Next time I will book direct with hotel and get the preferential view I requested.
