No hot water. Double booked my room so I had to drive to another hotel late at night.

I am sorry for your experience. I ensure you that we do have hot water. Sometimes when hotels use 3rd party websites the systems do not communicate properly and we end up over booked!!

Staff were nice, hotel is old and needs some renovations. Room was clean but TV remote and hair dryer didnt work. One thing I noticed was this place attracted a lot "drifters" if you can understand what Im saying...

I apologize for your experience. We as a hotel accept people of all walks of life. We do not allow heavy traffic, loud and noisy, or any drugs inside of our hotel. If you ever come to the area again, we would love to have you stay in one of our updated rooms!!

We were there for 2 nights the front desk person was really rude both times we have stayed there. The cable didn’t work either night. And we got the run around about it.

It was safe, but other than that, the hotel is falling apart. There are holes in walls, scratches on doors/ furniture, seems don’t seem clean. It’s not great. The breakfast doesn’t even give you water. You have to pay for a bottle of water instead of a water fountain or water from a vase. The breakfast only has two cereal options and make-your-own waffles. When we arrived to our room, the bed wasn’t made. They were quick to come make the bed for us, but after our first night there, they didn’t come in and re-make our bed, didn’t give us fresh towels, or do anything. We didn’t have a sign on our door saying to not come in too, so I don’t know why they didn’t come in and clean. Just not ideal or a great place. Beds are comfy, didn’t see any marks for bed bugs, and bathroom was good. But everything else is not great.

Our housekeeping staff cleans stay over rooms every 3 days. We would love for you to come stay again in one of our updated rooms if you get the chance.

I pre-paid a room for my son doesn’t have a credit card and they wouldn’t let him stay there because his card wasn’t a credit card just so everyone knows you can’t use a cash app card to pay for your deposit because they also don’t tell you about the deposit when you pay online for someone this is extremely messed up and hard for the ones that we love and are trying to help. I think they should accept more types of cards so that these rooms can be available to everyone.

Dear Jeff, I apologize for the experience that you and your son had. We absolutely accept cash app cards as long as his name is on it. I am not really sure why it was not accepted. Also all websites state that we do take a deposit. I really do apologize for the bad experience and that we did not meet your expectations.

Convenient check in hours after long drive. It is very quiet. I was offered breakfast never disturbed during my stay.

The front desk clerk had an additude after I asked her why I didn’t get the $50 deposit on room from my previous stay when I was checking in. After some words were exchanged I was asked to leave but I was charged for the room anyway. Never did receive the $50 deposit back either. Don’t stay at this hotel.

The room was disgusting we had to ask for a different room and even that room was still dirty the maid was really kind of nice and came in and took care of it and did extra for us and she was really sweet but one of the front desk ladies was so rude to us and disrespectful matter of fact I would never stay there again
