Jordan was a great host. Checked in on everything, responded to messages promptly. The accomodations and location are great. Many food options and close to everything.
The place was easy to find, and conveniently located. We loved the rooftop patio, especially the hot tub. Id love to stay here again when i come to the city again.
Stayed at this place with family and friends for a concert at empower. Great location. Great local eating and entertainment. Host was very responsive. Had a great time! Highly recommend!
This property was in a great location for our visit to Denver. Walking distance to the 16th Street Mall and Broncos Stadium. Nice rooftop patio, but no views due to the buildings being so close to each other. The hot tub was nice and hot, we didn’t have to wait for it to heat up. It is only a two person layout though and we had 4 people so it didn’t work well for us. The kitchen was well equipped, it has everything you’d need.
Stayed one night with friends. Easy check in to this multilevel clean and comfortable townhouse. The decor is tasteful and the rooftop hot tub is an amemity to be enjoyed. The local food and bar scene is very trendy.
Couldn't of asked for a better stay. Unbeatable location, incredible amenities and very clean! The space was cozy yet still modern and a very responsive and accommodating host who went out of her way to make our check-in seamless. Couldn't have asked for a better experience - highly recommend.
We stayed at the property for a long weekend/concert at Mile High Stadium. The unit was very convenient and clean. Comfortable beds and great rooftop deck! Would stay again!

We were in town for the Stock Show and this location was absolutely perfect. Excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very trendy neighborhood. Easy access to I-25 and Speer Blvd. Only a few minutes from the Stock Show as well. Would definitely recommend!
My partner and I had a relaxing time here. Jordan has literally everything you may need there. She also was super nice if we had any questions or concerns she would answer them. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire place on the deck:)

Great food and bars within walking distance. It was a comfortable and easy spot to relax. We loved sitting on the roof deck and even used the hottub a bit.
I would recommend a stay, please be advised of stairs in the unit. It was fine for us but could be difficult for others with mobility challenge.
Clean location both streetwise and inside, nice area with plenty of food options. Full kitchen and all other amenities you could ask for. Such a nice space, accommodating,comfortable beds, good water pressure, great communication with the host, low noise, did not see neighbors, restaurants close by, clean, safe, and aesthetic. Will definitely look to stay here again next time we come to Colorado. Brought the baby, husband, mother in law and had no issues. Loved it.
Everything about our experience was amazing! The host/ess provided all of the necessary amenities for us to truly feel at home. The location couldn’t have been more perfect as we were right outside of downtown, in walking distance of many great eateries, and less than 2 hours from the slopes. My only concern (which would just be a heads up) the ignition on the fire pit and the grill were not working. Otherwise, we would gladly and hopefully book this condo for future stays.
We chose this spot for its amazing location in LoHi, walkable to some great restaurants and shops and an easy uber to other attractions. The rooftop patio and hot tub were a huge plus. Kitchen is great, lots of space to cool and good appliances. Jordan was nice and easy to communicate with, she’s a great host! The place is a little more worn than the pictures show but to be expected for a place rented out a lot. The only quirk was the towel situation, they were really small and smelled like bleach and scented dryer sheets. I’d suggest washing them before use if you have sensitive skin.
We stayed here for 3 nights to see a concert at Empower Field and the location was fantastic. It was close to everything we wanted to see (including the aquarium) and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a really big SUV rental and were able to easily find street parking. Like most urban homes, it’s primarily a vertical space so there are lots of stairs. This wasn’t an issue for our group, just something to keep in mind if you have someone with limited mobility in yours. We really enjoyed the home - very clean and comfortable. It was super easy to communicate with Jordan and she made sure we had everything we needed before and during our trip. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here as a repeat guest.
Loved this home as a central base to explore Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs and Red Rocks. Was an easy walk to downtown and the REI flagship store, and had easy, free parking of the rental car. Our family of 4 came in town for a concert and the Red Rocks Amphitheatre was an easy 30-45 min drive. This bucket list worthy place did not disappoint!!!
While there are many steps in this 3-floor townhouse, it was nicely decorated, well-equipped with a great Italian coffee maker (and coffee & creamer!), and had everything needed in the kitchen, which is important because the cost of food in Co. is very high and cooking at home can help. The hot tub on the rooftop deck was the main selling point and in hindsight it was the best thing too because altitude is no joke and my husband’s tight shoulder muscles almost made him go home early until he tried the hot tub, which brought him a world of relief! Owner was responsive and it shows that she cares. Seeing fireworks from the deck was a bonus! Would stay there again.
We had a very good experience staying in this clean and comfortable home for a long-weekend. Jordan is a great host and very responsive.
The property is clean, nicely decorated, and the furniture and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we enjoyed the large coffee pot with good coffee provided.
The rooftop is a great space to relax outside in the day or night.
If stairs are a challenge, this will not be a good fit as there are several steps between the three floors and up to the rooftop.
The covered parking was convenient and enough space for our mid-size SUV. Parking is on one side of the building, and the entry door is on the opposite side.
This is in a great location near downtown Denver. We walked to several good restaurants and breweries, and enjoyed the charming LoHi neighborhood. It was a convenient 1 mile walk to Empower field for a Bronco game.
If you are looking for a charming urban home in a great location, I would highly recommend this property.
Location, location, location!! Love that we could walk to several bars/restaurants. Parking on street and back side of the condo in front her garage. The layout is on three different floors so if you can’t do stairs this would not be a good fit. You enter on the first floor and must immediately take the stairs up to the main floor and bedrooms on the 3rd. The kitchen had most everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. Some of the cookware had to do double duty and was very worn but I imagine most people who stay here are not trying to cook complete meals. The beds were comfortable and the 2 1/2 baths were a bonus as were the washer and dryer. (No black out curtains in either bedroom) The extra fold out bed in the open study would work for a teen or smaller/shorter person…my 6 foot nephew not so much. We did not use the hot tub on the roof top. If it hadn’t been so cold we might hung out there since it had an outdoor grill and seating. I would recommend this condo and stay here again.
I have to shoutout the host she was super sweet and provided us with all of the info we could possibly need. If we went to her with any problems I’m sure she would have done whatever she could to resolve them. The property is nice! Parking is a little confusing but once you figure it out it’s okay. Lots of stairs, I didn’t mind but warning those with accessibility restrictions. We only had two concerns overall and we didn’t report them as we wanted privacy during our stay. The master bedroom’s bed and bathroom smelled like dog pee. I had to sleep on top of the covers because the sheets/bed smelled too strong. It’s especially strong in the master bathroom. The other concern was that there was food left in the fridge, some of it was expired. It just feels a little weird seeing food in the fridge because you just don’t know who’s it is or how old it is. Im sure that is a quick fix so don’t let this scare you away because the property was great! Just leaving feedback! :)
