Cozy Home
This is a cozy home with ample room for our group of 6. The location was great with easy access to freeways and activities.The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of room. All of the bedrooms were large and the beds were comfy. Our host was very responsive. The bathrooms were well stocked and the water pressure and temperature was good. Just one comment, the upstairs ceiling is quite low (my 6'2" husband had about 2-3 inches to spare) and the stairs are steep. Not a huge issue, but something to be aware of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Home Away from Home
My adult children and myself were so impressed and happy with the house. It was very comfortable and had a family vibe - toys, childrens' books, family games, etc. Very nice neighborhood. Very accommodating owners. There were three of us, and this house was ideal space wise. I slept in the ground level bedroom and my two kids slept upstairs (I have bad knees and didn't want to walk up the steps). I cook a lot, and everything was there that I needed to make food. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Nice place, lacking some details!
This was a nice place with all the amenities but turns out it’s some sort of weird duplex connected to the owners dwelling. So doors you can’t get out and windows blocked so only way in and out is front door.l (forbid seemed weird not to have back door to a yard area). Upstairs has weird low ceilings. Had we had all that info we probably would not have chosen this place for us. However Lakewood is a great location, the management is super responsive, it’s cozy and if you don’t mind a duplex scenario it’s great.

Comfortable home
Convenient to to many attractions and highways. Nice quiet residential neiborhood. House is well equipped and the owners east to work with. Would stay again.

Visit with Aunt Clara and Cousins
Three of us stayed in the property. We found it very comfortable and well-appointed. We shared a few hours each day visiting with each other before doing our visits with family in the Denver area. The location was very accessible to our Aunt and to other amenities in Lakewood. The unusually HOT weather made it difficult to cool the upstairs bedroom, but a fan helped circulate the air. We would rent again should we return in the future.
