Greatly enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place! I chose not to have a rental car because of the train very accessible right next-door! Did not hear noise from the train and did not have any sketchy train station vibes! Beautiful new hotel great food from the bar downstairs and easy to get Uber and Lyft as well.

I paid for a king bed and got stuck with 2 queen beds and the thing behind the desk was an arrogant that didnt want to do ITS job When i pay for a king bed i expect a king bed. I should be compensated for this

I absolutely loved this property! Outside of not knowing that the shuttle stops running at a certain time, everything else was great. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

The property was very clean, new and nice. The staff was amazing. But, you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on around you. The building is not very soundproof as some hotels are. Every toilet flush, every alarm going off above, below & beside, was heard. Very nice place and very conveniently located, but for a peaceful nights sleep before a long day of traveling, this was not it.

There was no staff for the breakfast service. When asked for hot water for the tea the excuse was we are closing in ten minutes Bathroom did not have a toilet roll holder. Disappointed.

Overall the facility was clean and well maintained the room was nice enough; I booked a double queen suite with a pull out bed as I was travelling with my 3 children; a 2 month old, 2 year old and 13 year old. My dissatisfaction was almost completely with the hotel shuttle. We were told to be downstairs by 4 am for our shuttle. We arrived at 357 and the receptionist immediately yelled at us asking if we were there for the shuttle and when we said we were she began scolding us and telling us to get on NOW. I was going as quickly as I could considering my toddler, newborn, luggage and car seat. When we got to the shuttle the driver started THROWING our bags in the back. We left the property at 401. I asked the driver what time we were supposed to be there since they seemed so angry. She didn’t answer me or speak to me at all. When we got to the airport she still refused to speak or answer me. I certainly meant no disrespect or cause anyone to be late, but her poor attitude and treatment will deter me from ever staying there again despite my usual loyalty to that hotel.

The hotel itself is very nice, the room was big, we really enjoyed spreading out after a long flight. Free shuttle service to/from the airport is a big plus because otherwise there isn't any other way to get around unless you have a car. The nearest restaurants are a 20 minute walk away and it's $9 to Uber to them. We opted for the hotel restaurant which actually was pretty good. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent also.
