It feels authentically Denton: laid-back, artistic, welcoming, and always a little lively. Because of the nearby convenient location of bus and rail hubs, you’ll often see our neighbors walking along the sidewalk as they head to the station or move about their day. This is simply part of the normal daily rhythm of the neighborhood and helps keep the area well-connected and active.

The neighborhood is known for its mix of early historic homes, mature trees, front porches, and locally owned businesses that give the area its unmistakable charm. The nearby downtown square dates back to the 1800s and remains the cultural heart of Denton, anchored by the beautifully restored courthouse and surrounded by independent restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and live music venues.

The whole house and yard are yours to enjoy! We do keep a private small shed in the backyard to store tools & supplies which do not need to be in air conditioned spaces.

Inside, the home feels warm and inviting from the moment you step onto the beautiful white oak flooring. Most all lighting is dimmable so you can set your mood. Relax on the cozy sofa after a day exploring town, gather around the dining table with seating for six, or enjoy a slow morning coffee in the thoughtfully designed kitchen and coffee bar area on the comfy back porch.

Down the hall, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms designed with relaxation in mind:
• Bedroom 1 features a king bed, TV, and ensuite access to the shared hall bath
• The hall bath includes a deep soaking tub and shower combination, perfect for unwinding after a long day
• Bedroom 2 includes a king bed, TV, and a private ensuite bath with a luxurious Italian-tiled walk-in shower
• Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed and easy access to the hall bath directly across the hallway

Each bedroom has a full length mirror as well as a make up magnifying mirror. Also you will find a noise machine/alarm clock/blue tooth speaker and convenient Type A and Type C USB equipped electrical outlets near the beds for electronic overnight charging.

Outside, the large fenced backyard is ideal for both pets and play. Step off the covered porch and you’ll pass a cozy firepit before reaching the softly lit outdoor dining deck, creating a perfect space to relax rain or shine. ✨

Guests have access to the entire home, including the washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board located in the utility closet off the queen bedroom. On the shelf in the utility room closet is a thoughtful sewing kit and a “Forgot Something?” basket to help make your stay even more comfortable. If you forgot your toothbrush or a few other essentials, we've got you covered.

Parking is easy and convenient with fence secured parking for two vehicles, space for a third vehicle in the driveway outside the fence.

The Denton County Transportation Authority (DCTA) operates local bus routes that connect downtown Denton, UNT, TWU, and surrounding neighborhoods. The main transit hub is just about 1/4 mile away, offering convenient access to public transportation.

Just a few minutes away near Denton Square is the Downtown Denton Transit Center (DDTC), where you can catch the regional commuter rail:
