Paradise Awaits you! Sleeping 14, this rare oceanfront compound home is perfect for multigenerational stays, offering a total of 3229 square feet of living space! As soon as you enter into the courtyard, you know you've found something special. Views of Nantucket Sound will take your breath away! The landscaped yard offers a large patio with outdoor dining and Webber Gas Grill. Spread out and play yard games while the sounds of waves crash in the background. Marshmallows more your thing? The home offers a Solo wood fire pit, along with an additional seating area, perfect for those late night 'Smores.

Let's talk about the beach. Did someone say perfection? This shared private beach (shared with one other home) offers plenty of space to set up your beach chairs and soak up some rays, while your worries melt away. A flight of stairs is all that keeps you from making your mid-day sandwiches and returning to the beach.

This compound offers two separate homes. The main house has 5 bedrooms and central air. As you enter the updated kitchen and step into the living room, views of the ocean “wow” you from the wall of windows. As you enjoy your breakfast, a lobster bake, or just “Taco Tuesday”, the windowed dining room provides ample dining space. This room also offers a wet bar, which is like a step back in time. On the main floor, you have your primary suite. The updated bedroom, equipped with King sized bed, has a full bathroom with a shower. This “Oceanview from almost every window” suite space also offers a large sunroom and separate den, perfect for that quiet reprieve when you need it. The second bedroom on this floor has both a full and twin bed, along with an attached full bathroom with a shower. The washer and dryer is located off this bathroom (which is also accessible through the main hallway). Tv’s are located in the first floor living area and den, offering cable and streaming services for those rare rainy days.

Upstairs, you will find another full bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 3 offers a Queen bed and additional ocean views. Bedroom 4 is for that special solo traveler of any age, ocean views and heightened ceilings make this single Twin room notable. The fifth bedroom offers another Queen bed and attached half bathroom.

On to the cottage. Renovated for the 2025 season, this “upside-down” home features an upstairs living room, while both bedrooms are on the main level. The main entry of this home brings you into bedroom one, furnished with a Queen bed. This level also offers a second bedroom with two twin beds, and full bathroom with a shower. As you go up the stairs, the true value of this space shows itself. A wall of glass slider doors offers impressive ocean views from the entire space. Enjoy your coffee while you watch the waves dance on the upstairs deck, complete with outdoor dining space. Inside, you will find a sectional facing the water, dining table, and chairs. Although there is no kitchen in the cottage, it has been equipped with a sink, beverage fridge, microwave, and drip coffee pot for your basic daily needs.
