«Checkin: perfect, everything went smoothly, warm welcome with information about the hotel, tea from own production and a warm cloth.
Staff: helpful and attentive, always at our service!
Overall: perfect experience from beginning to end!! The hotel is originally a tea plantage from the 1930s, and the traditional style, from staff uniforms, to machinery, and building exterior and interior is all preserved in plantation style. You can also find closeness to tea in the food and drinks.

«Veldig fint hotell. Litt i ingenmannsland, men betydde ingenting sidan vi hadde en fantastisk sjofør i Tharindu.
De som jobber her er også veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. »

«The property is remote and beautifully removed from all noise and light pollution. The staff are well trained and a pleasure to interact with as they are helpful and kind. I highly recommend this location for the discerning traveler who is not intimidated by remote locations and rough terrain in accessing the property. »

«We stayed at the Villa Tea Fields for one night during our visit to Nuwara Eliya. The room was clean/combortable, bathroom was newly renovated/modern. Staff were very attentive and courteous. Breakfast was excellent. The balcony was a great place to relax, read a book, take in the view of the garden - very pleasant experience. We highly recommend the Villa Tea Fields if you're visiting Nuwara Eliya. »

«we had a lovely time in Galway Heights. We really liked the location in a small rural road close to a hindu temple and small village and in the tea plantations. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff very attentive. The only grievance was the lack of elevator. We would definitely recommend this.»
