Welcome to The Pad at Casa Rosa — your private left-side duplex unit in quiet Pineapple Grove, nestled between Pineapple Grove and Lake Ida and an easy hop to downtown Delray, cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach.

You’ll have the whole Unit B to yourself: private entry, a bright open living–dining space with a fully stocked kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, one bath with a standing shower, plus a sofa bed for flexible sleep. We’ve stocked the basics that make a stay easy: beach towels, yoga mats, shuffleboard, filtered water, and coffee. With ample seating and shelf space, Casa Rosa feels like a home, not a hotel room.

Out back: your paved private backyard and the left-side driveway for parking, with landscaping throughout, plus a Level 2 Tesla charger on-site. There's a few chairs and an umbrella so you can sit back there and chill or take the sun.

Check-in is simple with a Schlage smart lock — code before you arrive, no key hunt. Casa Imperium is around on messenger the whole stay if you need anything from me or my co-host.
