Veldig sentralt og fint hotell
Rommet var litt dårlig renholdt om man så etter litt ekstra etter første øyekast. Luktet også litt fukt/føltes litt fuktig. Luktet og røyk til tider. Og siste morgenen var varmtvannet i dusjen på det ene rommet vi hadde brunt. Rommene og hotellet ellers var lystbog åpent. Servicen og sikkerheten var utmerket. Frokosten var god, bra utvalg. Utmerket bilservice med guidet tur i Dehli bestilt gjennom hotellet.

Midt på treet - sentralt
Bodde 3 dager på hotellet i JAN17 i forbindelse med en tur til Taj Mahal (ca 3-4 timer en vei). Hotellet har nok tapt seg noe siden det ble bygget, dårlig vedlikehold. Resepsjonen/lobby/resturant er moderne og har bra service, dog tar alt litt tid i India. Greit sikkerhetsnivå med flere vakter utenfor inngangen. Rommene begynner å bli slitte, bl.a. virket ikke lamper og i dusjen sprutet vannet hit og dit. Under vårt opphold var det mye bryllupp (og mye støy) , i tillegg spilte nattklubben høy musikk igjennom hele natten. Musikken hørtes godt på rommet mitt selv om jeg bodde i 6 etasje. Be om rom på motsatt side av nattklubben om du har behov for en rolig natt (men da kan du få støy fra bassengbaren) Langt unna et 5* hotel , korrekt er nok mer en meget svak 4*.

Deltok på kurs og kongress med travle dager, betjeningen var blide og serviceminded. Hotellet hadde god standard, var rolig og trygt.

Fint hotell, men vanskelig å sove
Hotellet i seg selv er fint, rommene er store og fint møblerte. Sengene er deilige, gode madrasser og bra sengetøy. Frokosten er god. Godt utvalg av først og fremst indisk mat, men også et anstendig utvalg av vestlig mat. Frokostsalen er for liten for hotellet og vi måtte alltid vente cirka 10 minutter i lobbyen før vi fikk bord. Selve maten under frokosten smaker godt, men det er et veldig bråkete rom den serveres i og de ansatte virker lite rutinerte. Det verste med oppholdet vårt var at det var vanskelig å sove på hotellet. Hotellet har et par nattklubber som har åpent til tre eller fire om natta. Disse spiller så høy musikk at vi ikke klarte å sove før etter stengetid Vi var innom en av nattklubbene den ene kvelden (siden vi uansett ikke kunne sove). Det var en slags lekeplass for indisk overklasse. Veldig dyr drikke, vi betalte mer for en øl der enn hva vi ville ha gjort på selv eksklusive steder i Norge, noe som er ufattelig dyrt til å være i India.

My experience was terrible! First of all is not a 5* hotel, but maximum 3*! Very bad condition, it need asap an refurbishment! Very overpriced, especially when i bought 2 cocktails and print few pages, they asked me 5000 rupees! The staff doesn't help so much, becouse they're not very well trained and some of them rude! The breakfast is very limited and not a very good quality! Someone, break a glass and some rests of that glass went inside the pancake mixt, they didn't even bothered to replace it! Very dangerous for health! Overall, i recomand to avoid this place!

This is at best 2 star property. This is a joke Staff is terrible. They dont smile , no courtesy. Horrendous denim dresses. I would give negative stars if i could.

The Wi-Fi connection was quite terrible. We had to purchase the wifi to use our phones. The breakfast service was poorly organized. Could have been better. The cleaning was ok. Receptionists need to focus on guests instead of their phones. Other staffs were presentable and keen to help.

Staff and service was good. Hotel property is dated and various fixtures are falling apart. I even had mosquitos for 2 out of 5 days stay!

Booked 2 rooms but were changed before checking-in without asking. We didn’t know until we opened our room door. Then the staff tried to blame on us for booking 2 days before. But then why make us pay for those rooms beforehand when they weren’t available? Had to speak to 3 different people to try to resolve this. They lied saying rooms weren’t available but they were as soon as a supervisor showed up. Rooms are beat up though. Need a good renovation. Rooms smelled damp. Not exactly a 5 star hotel. Not worth the price we paid. Breakfast buffet was nice. Check-in staff was rude. However, all the other staff were so polite. Location is great.

Definitely not a star category hotel. This place and like a lodge quality l, rooms stinks, food in buffet served is not fresh. Not worth the money. Similar price range/ couple grand more you could get Taj.

I was on the eighth floor and i could hear their stupid outdoor events space as if i was at the party myself. I called the front desk twice to tell them i was trying to sleep at a reasonable 9:30 pm. The party went well beyond the timing they said and i had to get up early the next day. I may as well have been sleeping outside with how bad the noise was. I’m not even exaggerating. Zero sound insulation. I even recorded it on my phone.

The property is slightly older, the property has so much potential but it almost just bets on its convenience being close to Connaught Place. Good: Beds, Staff, Location Bad: Pool, Small Gym and breakfast. Breakfast is rather unpleasant. The property requires major upgrade, high dose of dust.

The rooms need renovation. The cupboard doors are falling apart , washrooms looks old. Overall the rooms are not kept to current standard. They are out of date.

The property is dated. The only thing ok in the room was the bed. Toilets and shower rooms are disgusting. There is construction going on at the site and all temhe windows are boarded so no light or view from the 2 rooms we stayed at. The furniture feels dirty. The staff is not at all welcoming. This hotel should be downgraded to 1 star. We were suppose to stay for 8 nights but checked out after the first night. The breakfast was ok. The lobby is also horrible. We didn’t see any other areas of the hotel.

Nice stay except forgettable check-in experience
I was in The Park for two nights. The check-in experience was not very good to put it mildly. A queue had formed, but no one was there to ensure that there was some sort of order. As a result, some unscrupulous folks chose to jump the queue leading to lots of confusion. If this wasn't enough I realized after entering my room that I had been assigned a single bed room instead of a twin bed room, which is what I had booked, I was subsequently moved to another room after waiting for 45-50 minutes. Take the one hour waiting in the queue and the extra hour for changing rooms, thats a whole two hours of checking in, and mind you, I was travelling with my elderly mother (80+). Having said all this, everything else worked wonderfully after that initial hiccup, and the rest of our stay went well.
