The photographs have no resemblance to reality. It does not reserve three starts by any means. It is unacceptably dirty. I would not stay there again even at one third of their rates.

Unpleasant experience
It was most unhygienic hotels we stayed and checked out very next day even though we booked three rooms for two nights. Bed sheets, bathrooms and I can go on we were dirty and crumbling. I will never recommend anyone staying there.

Property is in terrible condition. Definitely not as per the Orion standards. Room was in pathetic condition. AC was not working as expected. Bathroom is so poorly designed that there is no partition between shower and wash basin and kamod.

If I could rate it below 1 star I would. We were booked to be there for 8 nights and checked out after one. The pictures of the rooms and other areas are just not this property. DO NOT TRUST the tickets. The rooms (we had over 10 booked) were filthy. Bugs, dirt, lack of hot water.... Breakfast was disgusting. We watched bugs crawl out of the toaster. DO NOT STAY HERE...for any amount of money.

Not good stay... The Orion hotel
Not worth for price. Same price is being offered by 5 star hotels as part of deal. It is listed as 4 star but as per my opinion it is no where 4 start and it should have 2 stars. During my stay I noticed that hotel is going through some renovation and that caused pain. I would personally not recommend as it is not in low budget and does not deserve 4 stars

Pretty bad
The condition was very bad - bad smell - we asked to switch rooms and it was still bad. There was construction going on (renovation badly needed) but there was pounding all day long - not possible to sleep during the day. Absolutely no hot water in the shower. All around bad experience. Wifi was relatively good. The coffee shop in front is good.

Rooms were badly aged. My balcony door was in such poor condition that it did not close and allowed water and mosquitoes into the room. The bathroom had a horrible smell and geyser was not working.

GK1のjustaに宿泊しましたが、旅行中常に気を配って下さり、ホスピタビリティニに溢れるホテルでした。朝ごはんも美味しかったですし、ホテルに戻った際はコーヒーや紅茶のサービスをしてくれました。最終日チェックアウト後でもシャワーを使用させててくれ、快適な状態で空港へ迎えたことは大変助かりました。

Worst customer service ever. I requested an invoice or receipt when I checked in, the first gentleman on the reception told me he would give it to me when I check out. When I requested it again when I checked out, they deny to give it to me because I paid to hotels.com. when I requested them to the manager, he told me he would send to my email in 2 days. When I call him 4 days later, the manager asked me to call his senior. When I called the senior manager, he promised me to give it to me, but he also didn't give it to me. All 3 people at the hotel didn't keep his word. Also, the breakfast was not very good. I think the most important thing in the hotel is try to satisfy customers. I guess they don't want be bothered to take 3 minutes to print an invoice or receipt because customer satisfaction is not important.

Amazing Boutique Hotel in South Delhi.
It's a small 24 Rooms boutique Hotel in South Delhi near the Famous GK1 M Block Market.I have been staying with them since 2009, Whenever I come to India from the US & Europe and I always had an amazing experience. It's Location is exactly in the middle of the International Airport and the Major Train Station of Delhi, approximately 40 minutes in each direction. The Manager of this property Mr Jaspal Bisht is a great guy and the genuinely tries to HELP all his Guests. There's a reason I've been their Loyal Customer for all these years, and it won't change.Try it once and I can assure you, you will not be disappointed.

Horrible time
Room tariff, food and beverages prices at par with 3 star hotel. However rooms and amenities no better than guest house. For a hotel that doesn't provide hot water after 11 in the morning, with damp walls in room, rs.145 for a cup of tea is nothing short of daylight robbery. Got my fingers burnt while using a malfunctioning tea maker. My recommendation to potential tourists is to avoid this hotel.

Personale squisito che mi ha fatta sentire a casa
Ho trascorso qui le mie prime 4 notti a Delhi. Lo staff è stato super accomodante e gentile nel darmi le informazioni e farmi sentire sicura e ben accolta. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, fatto salvo un paio di cuscini. Il bagno anche molto pulito e con acqua calda. Letto comodo, ottima colazione. Buona anche la cena anche se con attesa decisamente troppo lunga (anche un'ora) visto che i posti venivano preparati altrove. Complessivamente lo consiglio, con 10min.di camminata si arriva alla metro kailash colony. Area abbastanza trafficata ma silezioso l'hotel con finestre doppie. Lo consiglio sicuramente!

Well appointed, good location
Comfortable hotel, with good breakfast and dinner menu. Convenient location near to M Block market. I had to get a drainage issue in the shower seen to - this was fixed and fine thereafter.

Great location but lousy service
I stayed with my parents on 22-Feb for US visa related work. Very conveniently located for those having work in Nehru Place. 3 of us. The room had only 2 towels. Asked for a 3rd. Requested for hand-towels, which didn't arrive until our check-out. The restaurant's service is a disgrace. Had to ask for water to be served to us. The meal, comprising of 2 veg dishes and chappatis, took almost an hour to arrive. The breakfast in the morning had a disorderly feel to it, with an exhausted stock of idlis, which took a while to refill. Overall, avoidable.

Zunächst waren wir über die Optik des Hotels und der Umgebung enttäuscht, der sehr nette Service hat das aber relativiert, leider wurden unsere Wünsche(zwei Einzelbetten) nicht berücksichtigt,ab der zweiten Nacht klappte es dann aber.Die Zimmer sind normaler Durchschnitt,sehr kleines Badezimmer.Der Balkon mit Blick auf die Stadt ist eine Zumutung, und das Auschecken hat ne halbe Ewigkeit gedauert.Lieber mehr ausgeben und größere Hotels wählen

Excellent business hotel; great service
Great hotel for business trips. Convenient location, excellent service, comfortable rooms. The establishment is not as fancy as some of the other hotels in Delhi but it is a much better price and value.

Staying in Justa is always a pleasant experience. The staff are very friendly and accomadating and the food is execellent. The location is very central and overall a grt place to stay in Delhi .

Quiet, good breakfast, nice room with all mod cons
We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is away from the main hustle and bustle of Delhi, yet the metro makes getting to sites easy. The hotel staff were excellent, very pleasant and offered helpful advice. The breakfast was nice and offered a good range to select from. Staff very attentive to guests.

Nice small hotel in a good locality
Got to stay here for the first time. Nice clean place with very courteous staff who make you feel comfortable. The staff at the breakfast restaurant take good care of you and ensure that you start the day with a sumptuous breakfast, at times force fed :) Really, makes you feel at home. Keep it up!

3rd visit to Justa - totally OK hotel
This was my 3rd time using this hotel and I've also stayed at the other Justa in Delhi. I don't love anything particular about this place, but there is also nothing really wrong with it either. The internet works, AC works, location is good for my needs, breakfast is long running and acceptable, housekeeping doesn't beg for tips or intrude while you're in the shower, good exchange rate at the reception desk. Could be cleaner, but so could the rest of Delhi.

Very nice small luxury hotel
Stayed for 6 nights with my wife and 3 year old daughter and had a great time. Staff is very very courteous (Mr. Bisht and team), right from the guard at the gate till the housekeeping staff/lobby staff, everyone has smile on their face with helpful attitude. Breakfast is awesome with special attendance to each and every guest by the staff and has nice varieties of south and north indian food. Room service is great, i have used them in odd hours(3am) courtsey my daughter who was having jet lag and was asking all sort of things in the middle of the night. Location is near Nehru place and M block market is right around the corner, you can get auto rickshaw/taxi from the front. In all We had a pleasant stay and will definetly be coming back.

I really liked this place. It was stylish, the staff was service minded and attentive, and the bed was amazing. The location is really good, too, only about 1 km from the Metro - it is fine to walk, but will cost max 40 Rs by auto. Also very close (definately walking distance) to the GK-1 market, with shops and restaurants.

Quiet rooms for a good sleep
It was a pleasant stay here in the justa .... The food was good and the rooms were clean and quiet for a comfortable sleep. The location of the hotel is very good as well. The staff was courtious and was very helpful. Got to have some nice food there a well. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable stay in a good location.
