Royal treatment!
We felt like royals from the beginning to end! Every thing was first class, room, food, staff, service etc...
Our honeymoon in India stated with a "bang", thanks to this hotel.

The hotel to stay at in Delhi
The service from all employees is outstanding on all levels, the security is high and the area is safe, but you need to use taxi wherever you want to go.
Good breakfast with a variety of fresh choices.
Beware of pigeons if you plan on using the rooftop infinity pool; the pooh is literally swirling around you and the stairs are green from dirt.

Our first time in India and stayed two nights at the Leela Palace after reading all the excellent reviews. Booking into a Premier Royal room gave a one way airport pickup or drop off which we used to get to the hotel. This took the pressure away from finding a taxi that would actually deliver us to the hotel safely. Our driver was amazing and informative. On arrival at the hotel we were treated like royalty and our room was very nice. Only down side was staff in the Cube restaurant need more training around dietary issues that people may have. My wife is vegan and they struggled to understand what was or wasn’t vegan. Sometimes we ordered food and it never arrived. Overall a fantastic stay and we probably would return.

This is a beautiful hotel and the rooms are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner included and the food was superb. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is great; close to the places we wanted to visit and far from the crowded areas of Delhi.

Great property very opulent and enjoyed the benefits of the club lounge and transfer service for a small additional fee . Enjoyed the Japanese Restuarant which was great but London prices . We enjoyed using the taxi service supplied by the hotel and visited local shops for spices and gift shopping great value .
