Once we check in hotel they gave us small room . They showed the pictures standard room . But room is so small instead we booked the room. When we going to breakfast at 9am house keeping guys cleaning other rooms we asked them to size that was actually standard. But they gave us small room . We ask the reception they told us the room was not available when i booked. But they charged me full amaout . i complained to hotel manager. They changed the room. But i stayed one night small room. So before check in checked room to booking as per picture shows on website . i had bad experience about Sarovar Patrico mahipalpur hotel .

What was shown in pictures was very misleading. Holes in the walls, bathroom was not clean upon checkin, the hotel was very outdated. I was only needing for the night but for the price point I expected more. We did not feel safe at this location. only positive was that it was close to the airport

The hotel manager charged over and above for what I had already booked. I will not recommend this hotel. The pictures do not do justice to actual condition of the property. The only positive is that it is on the main road and hence safer and more accessible.

There was no internet when we got there. We were allergic to something on the sheets. Wanted was warm at best for showering.

There is hardly anything to like about this hotel except it is close to the airport. 1. Reception Staff too rude and ignorant. 2. Amenities like WI-FI, hot water for shower, temperature in the room, towels, water kettle for tea—nothing was working when we checked in. We had to call for everything and it took us 2 hours to finally settle into the room after changing 3 rooms. 3. Buffett dinner menu was not good. Overall experience very bad and poor.

Absolutely horrific. In order to attend a call, one has to go out of the hotel and stabd by roadside. The wifi is super slow. The staffs show no hospitality. The rooms give a claustrophobic vibe, no windows no nothing. Need maintenance and upgrades.

They don't have vallet parking at night hours. Other things were all excellent. I had increased my checkout time for more than 2 hrs and they acceped it without any quarrel for consecutive two days. I recommend this hotel to everyone.The stay was pleasant and cozy.

I would highly recommend looking into other hotels. We booked this hotel because it was somewhat cheap and well, we got what we paid for. To start, the rooms weren't very clean (The housekeeping was horrible as well. They forgot to mop the floor and also completely missed a day). They only have a few rooms available with a window. The wifi doesn't work most of the time. Their services overall are horrible. Some staff members are great, while some aren't. Mohit is the most incompetent receptionist I've ever delt with. He couldn't explain their own bill to us. He started helping 10 other guests check-in while still in the process of helping me out. We almost missed our flight because he had us wait 45 minutes to print the papers out. He also told us that he would email a pdf of the bills, but its been over a month and we still haven't received it and probably never will. The only great thing about the hotel is their buffet system.

1. Cleanliness - blood stain on bedsheet! 2. Toilet stopped flushing shortly into stay and remained this way until checkout 3. Pre-paid and booked an airport cab for 800 INR for early next morning int'l flight and 10 min before cab was to arrive, learned that concierge never booked cab and they did not record that payment had already been made. They asked us to pay, and were only beginning to call a cab at the time the cab should've arrived. Cab arrived 10 min late and we were not refunded the exorbitant fee for cab booking (what is the point of pre-booking with hotel if time is not honored)? Front desk staff were indifferent to the cab issue entirely.

Complete wastage of money, room was stinking like any thing ..simpley look for another place around if you want some thing near airport ...At least you not regret wasting 5 k ...

As result of our shortcomings I have personally informed our department heads in order to ensure that other guests do not experience a similar situation. Unprofessional staff. Rude & lack of knowledge. Smelly rooms, public areas have no ac & lights on. Breakfast provided is disaster. Deserve to be 2 star only
