Veldig mye bråk generelt på hotellet. Det er ærverdig, men bører også preg av det. Flinke folk som ser og husker deg men litt slitent rom og ekstremt lyss mellom bad og nabo og rom og gang. Lobbyen var grusom å være i pga støy.

Rolig og eksklusivt!
Hele opplevelsen var god, fra enda til annen. Jeg ble tatt i mot av veldig hyggelige ansatte, som fulgte opp på best mulig vis - uten å være pågående eller masete. Hotellet var fredelig og luksuriøst, med alt du kan trenge av fasiliteter. Gjennomgående et svært godt opphold

Great hotel with excellent staff
We had a great room with view over the city. Very good service and smiling staff:) good food at the restaurants. The spa was good, but maybe little bit harder massage with focus on user requested areas. Would highly recommend to stay here in Delhi.

The food option for Indians were not great. If you want European breakfast and American breakfast it’s great. Tons of options. However, we leave the US for Delhi to have Indian food. The buffet is $20 plus tax per person. We hardly ate cause we wanted more veg Indian food. Staff was great! The hotel itself is great very pleasing to the eye.

We have been always a fan of Shangri-la, but this experience at Delhi completely changed that, we will never stay at a Shangri-la again. We arrived almost 11pm, exhausted, the front door staff “ordered” us to scan our luggage, it felt that we are passing an airport security check, then at the front desk, we were told that our executive suite (for which we paid for USD $500 per night and on Ecpedia site advertised “Sleep 5”) can only have two adults; they surcharged us our 18 year old child, when we showed to them what Expedia site said, they blamed on Expedia for false advertisement. I subsequently asked them to write a letter so that we can show to Expedia, they then backed out from their story. Also when one of our friend questioned the need to scan every passport including the minors, the front desk manager threatened not giving us any room (leaving us to the street)

Pros: clean, amazing breakfast. Flexible and allowed us to reduce one night of our stay. Cons: staff is friendly but not competent. They sold us an upgrade only to realize a day later it wasn’t available for our entire stay and we had to change rooms in between. Hotels seems to think it is ok to run telemarketing campaigns for restaurant bookings. It was very annoying to get calls in the afternoon when our kids were sleeping.

The hotels is very well maintained in a convenient neighborhood. The rooms are a bit small but we were aware of it. Gym has ample equipments too. I was bummed by the water in outdoor pool not being temperature controlled. I was really looking forward to it and it didn't mention anywhere in the property desc. that this was the case.

We stayed at the Shangi La Eros in Delhi for 3 nights. Everything was wonderful. Their breakfast buffet is delicious and varied. It's huge with a wide variety of food. We ate at the Italian restaurant 3 times and again, everything was wonderful. We dined at the Chinese restaurant once and it was also very good. A very elegant and lovely hotel.

Great Hotel, an Oasis.
The hotel is one of the more superior hotels in Delhi. Great food in all aspects. The diversity of options for breakfast is great. The Italian restaurant, specially the authenticity of the pizza napolitana was great. The service and simple cleanlines was excellent. Felt like an oasis.

Is this hotel still a Shangri-la?
I requested the high floor but the receptionist offered me a room at the low floor. The room was not as much as I expected for Shangri-la but the bed and pillow were still very comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet the most during my stay. This is not a hotel if you're looking for a nice view.

The staff work together like a well-oiled machine to make you feel welcome and tend to your needs while on premise. We opted for a chauffer to take us around the city and visit the Taj Mahal, he was very knowledgeable of the city, provided us with incredible recommendations. We felt very safe with all the staff.

The Shang Dynasty restaurant is great, it is some of the most authentic Chinese food you can find in Delhi. Chi spa is also excellent, clean facilities and top notch service. Only downside to this hotel we saw was the outside construction/industrial noise which was bothersome and went on practically all night.

super hotel au centre de Delhi mais trés au calme. Le service est impeccable. plusieurs restos et j'ai pu beneficier du service horizon au 19eme etage avec vue, juste superbe (dommage la pollution de la ville). 1 nuit avant mon retour en europe et une trés bonne literie pour pouvoir me reposer je recommande.
