I stayed at this Hotel for the last 2 days of my holiday and deeply regret it. I had to change rooms twice because of cleanliness and safety which took a very long time. The staff were very unempathetic and unhelpful when it came to resolving my issues, my shower didn’t work, there were no water bottles available everytime I asked for one. The steam room was out of service and I was not told, there was no fridge or bath robes in my rooms. For the Hyatt hotel overall very very poor facilities and non existent customer service.

All the accessories are broken, bad smells comes from the toilet. Ventilation systems is too old which distributes lots of bad air circulation. Not recommended for anyone.

The property was extremely filthy. The restrooms were awful and poor quality. The bedsheets and the room smelled like it was contaminated by abestos.

Upgrade rooms really needed
The hotel has undergone upgrade changes on the entry & reception areas from when the hotel was known as the “Picadelly Hotel” This very nice transition and much needed upgrade unfortunately have not included the rooms, which is still really “worn” and without any improvements from the old hotel. So until this happens I will be looking for other hotels in the proximity. Staff was very friendly and morning buffet also “upgraded” from earlier - so upgrade the rooms, and I will see you again - hopefully soon.

Avoid if you get annoyed with lethargic service
My overall stay was OK but the service was lethargic. Check out experience was terrible. They charged me for food but did not give any bill. I was told it would be delivered via email in few hrs, but even after a week there is no response from them. Overall hotel is ok only if you are ok with laid back and lazy service.

The staff here is incredible they go above and beyond to really help you. I really want to point out two people Arabinda who was our house cleaning guy, no matter what he kept our room always clean and went above and beyond. Also Prem gagan he was taking care for us breakfast area. Just unbelievable service by both of them! The hotel itself is clean and safe but the staff makes the stay amazing. Will def stay here again.

Förbered er på ett 3-stjärnigt-ish hotell
Förbered dig på ett knappt 3-stjärnigt hotell. Hela hotellet utvändigt och invändigt upplevs väldigt gammalt och verkar aldrig ha renoverats. Kan tänkas att det skett quick fix lite här och där för att hålla hotellet hyffsat intakt. På deras Instagram-inlägg över poolen ser man att de satt in en fakebild över vattnet i poolen för att det ska verka med attraktivt. Hotellfrukosten var rätt sorglig, känns som de använder de billigaste råvarorna. En liten brödrost som alla väntade på. Svårt att förstå att detta är ett 5-stjärnigt hotell men man kanske inte kan förvänta sig så mycket i Indien när det kommer till de 5-stjärniga hotellen som har ett överkomligt pris. Hotellpersonalens service var helt ok men de glömde ställa in vattenflaskor, handtvål och handdukar inför första natten. Så de är lite slarviga. Gymmet spelade endast två låtar i 30 sekunder på repeat vilket var väldigt irriterande så ha hörlurar. Städning ok men var dammigt i olika hörn. Under sängen fanns det lite gammal skräp och massor av damm.

Firstly the lock wasnt working for the room, so they changed the room after going all the way to 8th floor. The new assigned room's AC wasnt working. The maintenance was called and he said the cooling will happen but very slowly and that too it will stay between 22-23 degree. Complained about it almost every night, yet they didnt bother to change the room.
