L’hotel è carino ma un po’ datato,nel giardino manca l’erba in diversi punti,quando si fa la doccia l’acqua esce dalle guarnizioni e bagna il pavimento,la colazione è nella media (ci sono per lo più prodotti indiani),la zona è tranquilla e di fianco si trova l’hotel Shangri La dove ci sono un paio di ristoranti validi.

This was an absolutely shoddy hotel. The lobbynis lovely but do not let this deceive you. The rooms were disgusting and unclean. We were moved to another room but this was exactly the same absolutely disgusting. We complained to the staff and manager and they did nothing. Do not stay here.

The excellent location of the property compensates for the relatively smaller room sizes. Buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent with a lot of choices and good quality of food. The hotel lobby and other areas are tastefully decorated with Italian marble, statues and ceiling paintings. The hotel is very popular - it was full. Need to improve washroom cleanliness to make it equivalent to global standards. The hotel's system did not pick up that we had paid for the dinner buffets via our Expedia reservation; however, after discussing and the hotel manager checking, it was OK. Please increase size of your storage room for guest luggage.

If you want access to all of Delhi’s key landmarks and don’t want to pay over the top - this is a good hotel. Sadly this is where I run out of nice things to say. The rooms are dated and dirty (there was mold in the Junior Suite that we had booked), breakfast is okay but seating is terrible and if you are in a large group I’d recommend going down early. The food for room service is overpriced and not enough value for money. I’d give this a miss.

A stunning hotel in Delhi. An amazing entrance lobby, lovely gardens with outside dining area & pool. A very comfortable room & a great view from our 10th floor room. Friendly & helpful staff. We even got a packed breakfast to go as we were checking out for an early flight.

Good place to stay. Helpful staff. Close to most places to visit. Only issue was the room shower floor was sloped a lot and it felt unsafe to stand and shower. We had to be extra careful in the shower.

ロビーは美術館を思わせるような大理石の彫刻や絵画が飾ってありとても豪華でした。部屋も綺麗で快適で朝食ビュッフェも種類が豊富で楽しめました。 ただ宿泊客が多い割にスタッフが少ないのか、チェックイン・アウトの際は長時間待たされた挙句、不愛想な対応をされたのが少し残念でしたが、メトロ駅まで徒歩で移動できて便利だったので宿泊してよかったです。

What shall I say.. Worst ever stay I had in a hotel Rudeness is the mantra used by the hotel Let’s list some of the issues 1. Hotel building needs some love and care 2. Breakfast in the hotel is like war, and staff watches guests struggling with the coffee machine and they just walk away 3. Quality of the food .. is shocking, probably hotel is on a budget for the food 4 smelly rooms and corridors . Probably the carpets 5. No glasses in the room, when I asked for the glass and plates .. stuff was adamant that proving glasses in the room will cost .. lovely service from a hotel of this category 6. Bathroom gets flooded before you even start the shower 6. Beddings are terrible Well I made a promise to myself … NOT AGAIN

I needed medicine and a staff member went to a pharmacy and brought it - touched my heart. The property is tastefully decorated in the Italian style. Breakfast was slways excellent. Location of the hotel is central. Rooms are a little on the small side, but other factorsmore than make upfor it. Great value for money.

Gorgeous decorations in pictures but actually dirty. Toilet, floor, table… are dirty. House keeping does nothing except making the bed. Shower gel ran out and it took 2 hours for them to prepare shower gel. Reception doesn’t support, they hang up phone when I complain twice about the same issue

Many things are broken. The room size is a bit disappointing and not what the photos suggest. Service is wrapped in systems and is inflexible to particular individual client needs. I waited 30 minutes to get a card to my room... not great after a late night flight. The breakfast bistro was often out of cups or cutlery or the coffee machine was broken, and requests took a long time to address. Many things were broken in my room, like power switches. They try, but fall below expectations. Very disappointing 😞

This may have been a 4-star property when it was built; however, it hasn't been maintained in decades. Furniture was falling apart, the bathroom was disgusting, toiled were stained / soiled, and complimentary breakfast was pretty bad. Pay a little extra and stay at a true 4-star property.

Goods- Convenient location Security is good Good buffet Bads- Some of their staff members are highly unprofessional. Their behaviour is dependent on the elitism of the customer. There is no concept of queue on the reception desk. Receptionist can entertain other customers without resolving one customer’s issues.

I recently stayed at Royal Plaza for 3 nights from October 22-25th. I checked in at midnight and found room was not done properly. I was very disappointed and went off to sleep as I had travelled all day. Next day I spoke to Shubhi manager on duty about my dissatisfaction. She quickly called house keeping manager Sachin and moved me into Maharaja suite. They both were so professional and took care of me in minutes. My bags were shifted into suite. They checked on my stay till I left for flight to USA. I thanked them for making my stay so comfortable. I loved the Roman Garden with so many beautiful statues. I would recommend to anyone who is planning on staying in Delhi CP area.
