«My problem was with Expedia, there was a major snow storm arriving that night. We had a six hour drive home. The hotel said they would be fine with refunding me the second night and I should call Expedia as it was you I booked through. Try as might I could not get through your AI assisted customer service as my questions did not align with your preordained question selection. So unless you want to do the right thing I’m out $200 + dollars. Not a happy Expedia customer… »

«Great hotel! BUT- we were supposed to be offered a discount related to visiting Marist Grove, but were told by a reservation specialist that it wasn’t possible. But the friendly desk staff told us it should have made available. So that’s the only negative. »

«I did not stay at this hotel. I booked and got on the highway. While I was driving there, I received a call from the hotel that all the rooms were booked and there was no room available. No mention of a refund. I had to pull off the highway late at night and call Expedia for help. Luckily, Expedia made it right and I stayed at the Sheraton in Wilmington, which I loved. »

«The staff was very friendly. There was no breakfast available because of renovation. This was disappointing because it was suppose to be included. The parking was not connected to hotel. Was not aware i would have to pay for parking each day.»

«Ok hotel with spacious room. The breakfast isn’t any good. We arrived 40 minutes before it closed. Most was empty.. there wasn’t even coffee left…and the woman who worked there obviously wasn’t going to do anything about it. Checking in was difficult. There is no reception and we where supposed to receive a mail or textmessage with instructions, which we didn’t. Apparently they could not send a message to an European phonenumber….We where able to get in contact over the phone, and it worked ...

«This boutique hotel was all I was hoping for. Its quaint, quirky and filled with charm. The owners really know their vision and made it happen. Super comfortable beds with fluffy pillows and heavenly comforters. Books everywhere. Location was perfect as its within walking distance to anything you need or want. Owners were very nice and helpful. They can get or find you whatever you need. Kcups and tea with sugar, and creamers are included. The little box of shampoo and soap and conditioners ...
