The beach is just a 2 minute walk and my husband is still talking about the pizza he had from the Broadkill store ...

«The house is perfect for small families and right on the water as advertised. Both the front and back yard are fenced in with ample outdoor furniture and grill. The porch is lovely with wrap around screened in windows, we did not use the bed in this space but a nice mostly private option for those who may need it. Very mermaid themed for all mermaid lovers.»

«Nice and clean house, steps to beach for a visit with grandkids. Loved the separate cottage like in-law suite. Allowed some down time and privacy. Location was a short drive to Lewis, DE and perfect for nature lovers. The step down to the beach is a bit washed out, just have to watch your steps. However there is a public entrance a few blocks away and a small store to grab ice cream and a sandwiches.»
