The first room assigned to me was filthy, smells of accumulated dirt and moisture, towels were dirty, hair was found in the bathtub and ice bucket, dest chair had a film of dust , edges throughout the room had a layer of accumulated dust, chair and carpet had major stains to which i would not even allow my dog sit on if she had gone. second room was better however it was furniture was dusty, carpet and rug has stains, walls were half way painted some parts were patched up with stucco not painted , the smell was not as bad however i had to spray everything down with lysol to cut some of the stench out

Security lock on door did not work. Restroom door wouldn't close, coffee maker had mold

Please notify the staff of any concerns you may have during your stay at any hotel so we can help resolve the issue and provide a comfortable and peaceful stay. Our guest rooms have deadbolts and hasp style security latch for security. We will inspect all our guest rooms to make sure everything is in order. The property is old, smelly and not welcoming. We got up at 4am and there was a huge cockroach on the wall. We told the front desk and they were not surprised, just said “sorry” The “only” thing I liked was that it has 3 quern beds but will not stay there again. Not recommended

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience you had during your stay. We perform scheduled pest control services throughout the year. Being an exterior corridor property is not in our favor. Every property has such issues as this area is known for such insects especially in summertime. After speaking to the professionals there is no permanent solution as these insects come out from the sink and tub drains. Pesticides available in the market on work on contact which makes it very difficult to eradicate such issues completely. We hope that you will reconsider and give us another chance. Thank you

Utilizamos servicios profesionales de control de plagas para erradicar estos problemas, ya que muchas otras propiedades hacen lo mismo. Dado que estos insectos salen de los desagües de la bañera y del fregadero es muy difícil tratarlos si no los vemos.Gracias

You get what you pay for
You get what you paid for unfortunately. Pool was not in service and was disappointed. Hotel is definitely outdated and needs renovations. Mattresses were gross and have not been replace in a long time. If I could provide advice don’t stay here and invest in comfort somewhere else.

Adequate, but I’ll look elsewhere next time.
The room was okay. It was a good size and clean, but clearly dated, with repair issues needed (peeling paint, broken handle on dresser, missing toilet roll holder). The advertised breakfast was minimal, with no protein options. Housekeeping service was sporadic, with no service to my room the last two days of my stay.

Outdated hotel
Hotel rooms are large but, need an upgrade very old looking. Location is good. Did not like that the pool was closed, that was main reason we chose the hotel. The free breakfast is a joke, but, oh well can’t ask fir more.

I booked this hotel to also enjoy the pool with my kids but nothing says the pool is temporary closed. Shower head did not work properly. Breakfast was not the best. You had to serve yourself out of a gallon jug which everyone used
