«Our Host was prompt with responses to questions. This was most meaningful. The main cabin was charming and lake view was awesome. As a rustic older cabin, it has been lovingly kept up. We were not able to use the quaint boathouse because temps had dropped and it is not heated. The rainy weather kept us inside. However, the spacious living area gave us ample room to hang out and we were close to Grand Rapids and Cohasset to enjoy other entertainment avenues. No regrets. Hope to book again.»

The listing wasn’t completely clear that the property was a part of a larger condo building with other guests staying right next door and there were a lot of flies and beetles on the floors and walls. »

We booked the lodge for an event because it was advertised as a 6 bedroom cabin and explicitly allowed events at the property. To our disappointment we found out upon arrival that the property was housed within the same building as two other rental properties with a shared backyard, a single communal fire pit area, and the hot tub/ patios were separated by a single panel of privacy fence ...
