«They never disappoint, great clean place»

«Property was relatively clean, could have been better.»

«The rooms were very clean. Had no problems getting any type of service. Rooms looked new. Building in a great for shopping and eating. I will recommend this studio to anyone. Well stay there again.»

«The first room was handicap room with a high step in tub, shower curtain was moldy and sink had a gap of 3/4 inch away from wall. We left for the day and came back at 9 pm the room was not cleaned or new towels left. After some talking we received a new room. Again a handicap room but it had a step in shower. they emptied the garbage that day, emptied garbage but bed was not made up.»

«Excellent»

«Staff were very nice. A lot of surgical patients stay here. Room refrigerator doesn't have a freezer section to freeze the ice packs. It would be nice if freezer space were available to freeze the ice packs»

«We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If ...

«Staybridge exceeded my expectations! The room was huge for my family and I! They have adult time in the pool in the evening hours which I love. I wasn’t aware of this at first but now I am haha. My kids enjoyed their stay and so did I. The rooms are very spacious. The young lady at the front kept a smile on her face and was very friendly. Cleaning crew greeted everyone. The breakfast was top tier! Go book!»

«Ms. Ashley ckd me in and was an absolute delight! You should clone her because she is the perfect example of excellence! She was professional, yet personable. She was very helpful with information abt the area, directions, etc. All the qualities that help an out-of-state visitor feel safe, comfortable, and happy. The breakfast was very much a surprise. It included all that one could ask for in a healthy meal. A great way to start the day. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. This will be my ...

«This is my home away from home when I travel to Chesapeake. The staff does a fantastic job and are so friendly and welcoming. My bed was super comfortable, and the shower was pretty good for a hotel shower. There was plenty of hot water. I always love the Hampton Inn breakfast. I would have given them a perfect score, but this particular hotel was being remodeled so I couldn't give them 5 stars on the appearance of the exterior of the building.»

«The queen size room was large and modern. The bathroom and shower were also very large and modern. The only thing that I could find wrong was that there were no drinking glasses and the coffee maker didn’t have enough coffee pods. The main downside was the lack of friendliness at the main desk .»

«Room was nice and clean but the mattresses need to be rotated from one bed to the other or rotated and flipped if they’re flippable BIG TIME.»
