Hillside Deadwood house in town w/ Hot Tub & views

Deadwood and the Black Hills are known for its beauty and year round activities. This house is available ONLY for rent during the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, Per City ordinance. IMPORTANT: If you have pets, please read the house rules. Guests enjoy the entire property when rented, and My driveway is big enough for up to 2 small trailers, or multiple vehicles. I also have room for an RV with option of temporary power.

There are 5 bedrooms located in the house. A king bed master, queen bed second, full bed third, and full bed fourth on the main level. The first three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The fourth on the main level. The fifth queen bed is in the basement, along with the Washer and Dryer. These steps to this are extremely steep. Use caution when using those.

200,000 BTU tankless water heater (installed 02/2017) means on demand, unlimited showers back to back with no shortage on hot water. Perfect for large groups.

The living room and Dining room both seat 6 comfortably. The Smart tv in the living room and in the master are linked to Netflix, youtube, HULU, and cable. WiFi boosts to the entire house.

The kitchen has all the essentials for guests, including crock pots, pots, pans, and dish-ware for 8+. Guests also have access to stocked cupboards, and fridge essentials like mayo, ketchup, dressings, etc.

There is a gas grill on the deck outside for guests, and a 7 person hot tub.

Guests will have access to the entire house except the closets. This includes all 5 bedrooms, 1.75 baths, and if needed, the laundry room in the basement. There is a 6 drawer dresser, and two night stands in the master bedroom for guest use. Please let me know if you require a portable closet to hang items on.

I am available for any needs during your stay. Should i be out of town, a family member located a few blocks away is on stand-by for any needs or questions.

The house is located in a very small neighborhood, with about 6 houses. I only have one neighbor within 200 feet of this house. The front deck has an amazing mountain view perfect for that early morning coffee.

Deadwood Trolley is the only public transportation in town. The nearest hub is about .5 miles away.

Pet policy.
Mans best friend! I love and do not mind offering to have pets stay, but PLEASE be considerate that this is not your house. I've had a few problems in the past, but i remain confident 99% of owners are respectful with their animals and I want to continue to offer this to guests. so please read below:)

$75 for the 1st pet, $25 for the second, up to two pets. I will either send you a payment request, or up the number of people staying since it’s the same fee per night. All pets must be pre-approve, so message me breed, size and age. Max of 2 dogs (flexible with added payment and approval, just ask :). I prefer smaller dogs that do not shed much, but like I said, just ask. Must be potty trained, or bring crate to keep pets in while you are away. No pets allowed on furniture or beds, especially if they are shedding machines. Please scoop pet waste into the creek before departure.
There will be a minimum fee of $100 if pets are found to stay without pre-approval, Or if there is excessive shedding or damage. Please be considerate with animals that this is a vacation rental and will have other people after you. There is a vacuum on property to use if your dog does shed ect.
