«We absolutely loved our stay at Bowmore house. We booked the distillery view room. It was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, and we even got to sample the proprietary whisky. The staff kicked us informed of any possible issues with returning from the island via the ferry. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit.»

«We arrived in the middle of a storm Amy related power cut which had affected the whole region. The owners could not be more helpful and pulled out all the stops to get us an evening meal. A really nice place to stay. We took the scenic way there along the loch and the quick way to get back to the A82 - the Corran vehicle ferry runs every half an hour (or quicker) and takes 5 minutes to cross the loch. »

«We were initially taken aback by the steep, and narrow hill on which the B&B is situated. Parking was limited, so we ended up in a car park in town. After dragging our luggage up to the residence, we were out of breath. Inside, more steps up to the room. And, oh, what a room. Not large, but lovingly kitted out with Victoria-era style fittings. The pillows are a tad thick and firm. Hard to on the neck. We slept nine hours! Breakfast is a to-go bag in a tiny in-Rom fridge. Bananas, granola bars, ...
